There is really not much to add to all these great reviews. Randall is skilled, reliable, fair, and a pleasure to be around. He installed a whole house water filter system by Aquasana. One of the parts arrived broken and I didn't notice so Randall came out to install and noticed this. He had to come back another day when I had the replacement part and didn't charge me anything extra for it. The work is flawless. Highly recommended!

Randall is amazing! On top of being just a great guy and super punctual, he's very clear with his rates (which are very reasonable) and let's you know how much everything is going to cost right after he looks at it. He installed a whole house water filter and I can't wait to use it -- he's done quite a bit of these before and was very knowledgeable about the process and various install options. He's coming back to do a shower valve replacement and an RO as well.

Randall saved the day for my family. We had a bad rust problem following a bathroom renovation. Randall took the time to methodically problem solve to identify the most likely cause of the issue, instead of rushing in to remove walls. As a result, once the probable cause was deduced, a quick twist of the faucet and our source of rust was confirmed and fixed! What a find! I've had a diverter issue in my shower for over a decade. Randall is an excellent plumber who speaks in plain language, checks in every step of the way to make sure you are satisfied. Clearly very experienced, honest and fair with prices. Wish I could find other contractors like him.

Randall is the last plumber you'll ever need. He's honest, presents all your options, and will do whatever you choose to do (from interim fix to full replacement). And, is pricing is very fair. Easily one of the best tradesmen we've worked with. Used him to install all new vertical and horizontal plumbing. He cleans up every day and did a great job. Wish I could use him for other jobs around the house.

The home we recently purchased was built in 1926. All the plumbing was a mash of galvanized and badly redone copper. Waste lines were likewise badly done, and rotten. All gone now. I've never seen a guy work so hard! He talked us through everything that needed to be done and when unforeseen problems arose, he explained in detail what our options were. He went the extra mile more than once. Really knew his stuff. My husband and I were very glad we had someone with his expertise and personal touch doing the work!
