What a find! I've had a diverter issue in my shower for over a decade. Randall is an excellent plumber who speaks in plain language, checks in every step of the way to make sure you are satisfied. Clearly very experienced, honest and fair with prices. Wish I could find other contractors like him.

Randall is the last plumber you'll ever need. He's honest, presents all your options, and will do whatever you choose to do (from interim fix to full replacement). And, is pricing is very fair. Easily one of the best tradesmen we've worked with. Used him to install all new vertical and horizontal plumbing. He cleans up every day and did a great job. Wish I could use him for other jobs around the house.

The home we recently purchased was built in 1926. All the plumbing was a mash of galvanized and badly redone copper. Waste lines were likewise badly done, and rotten. All gone now. I've never seen a guy work so hard! He talked us through everything that needed to be done and when unforeseen problems arose, he explained in detail what our options were. He went the extra mile more than once. Really knew his stuff. My husband and I were very glad we had someone with his expertise and personal touch doing the work!

Never got these guys out for my plumbing project, as it took two phone calls to get a response and then I finally get a text saying they're busy until May 15th. Not good customer service in my book!

We have used Randall Plumbing in the past, and he was great. We had a leaky shower knob and a water line outdoors that we wanted capped off at the far end and add a spigot. Randall came on time, assessed the situation and gave me a ballpark figure. He was done quickly and everything works and looks great. He took special care and has special knowledge about the shower knobs from 1923. He gently took them apart and repacked them - they should be set for another 94 years! Randall's ballpark estimate was spot-on. Thanks!

highly, highly recommend randall's plumbing. from the get go, he was thorough, professional, knowledgable, and very kind. he charged me 1/3 the price of the last plumber i used, and talked through everything he was going to do, and the repairs he said that needed to be done by my landlord. he is a gem, and i will be referring him to friends as much as possible. thank you so much randall!

At first I was really nervous working with someone that wasn't a direct referral. It was a leap of faith for my wife and I. We had a job involving a minor gas leak and got quotes from several other plumbers. Randall came in to quote and really went granular on understanding the problem. Rather than just glancing at the obvious and proposing the obvious solution he came up with an ingenious simple and cost effective solution that no other plumber thought of. I was totally impressed by Randall he is a true problem solver. He has earned our business from this point forward. I was so happy and impressed by Randall that I'm writing this review. Swift response! Came out on a Sunday and fixed an issue with our shower - no hot water though hot in other places. It was a problem with the valve. He had the part and repaired it on the spot. Really pleased! Nice man. Now my go to plumber!

Anyone looking for a great plumber in the Pasadena, Alhambra or nearby surrounding areas Randall is your guy! The Yelp reviews are spot on! He replaced my garbage disposal and prepped my kitchen for a dishwasher replacement.

You will never see anyone here complain about his skills because they are top notch. Randall's van is fully equipped so you will save time and money because he likely wont need to run to a store to pick up parts. He gets right to work and does not waste time. His pricing is very fair considering the high quality of work he does. I peppered him with questions for plumbing advice and he answered everything well and then got right back to work!
