We had installed a new ac system a couple of years ago with a different company. It felt as though things weren't as cool as they should be and in cold weather we were freezing in our master bed and bath, while other rooms were too hot.
We knew the ducting was old original to the home built in 1983.
We had Jesse here for inspection. We wanted to add additional vent to our master as well.
We decided to replace all ducting in the attic, as well as add a box with baffle controls to adjust flow to each room.
He was on time, communicated well, did the job in record time. Left with all old material hauled away.
I would highly recommend using his company. And he has done work for a family member who had a water heater installed.
Rare to find someone who is reliable, honest and fair with pricing. Looking forward to the money we will save on our bills now that it's not leaking out the attic!!

great service on my A/C unit. The team showed up on time and diagnose the problem which happen to be a bad condenser, burnt wires and a blown fuse.
The showed me the problem and explained it very well. Additionally they di a complete flush of the system and filter and was it ever dirty.
All was completed efficiently. I will ice them again and have already recommended them to my neighbor.

I have a 30 year old AC unit that failed. On my first attempt I called another company who didn't even bother coming out and said I probably should just replace it at this point. Second attempt, I called up Rancho Heating and Air and scheduled an appointment with Jesse the same morning. Upon arrival, Jesse was able to determine that the fan motor had gone bad within 15 minutes. He said that the replacement motor was in stock and scheduled to be back for the installation the following day. Jesse arrived as scheduled the following day and got the motor installed quickly and even went beyond to troubleshoot and repair some other wiring issues.

No upselling or gimmicks. He gets you up and running fast for a very fair price like the good old days. This business is a true and honest which is hard to find these days. Highly recommended. Thank you Jesse!

Jessie and his team (Ruben and Juan) took care of all 4 projects we needed done in a timely and efficient manner. Arrived on time in the morning, done by Noon. Excellent job of cleanup and addressing unforeseen issues. Made sure I had a chance to visually inspect their work and displayed the old parts before adding to the rubbish pile.

What was impressive was his quick assessment of the tasks when he came to visit and prep an estimate. He was reassuring in what needed to be done and how he would go about doing it.
