Jesse runs a family business that has integrity. His prices for professional services are very fair. He was on time as promised and did not try to over-sell or up-sell something that wasn't needed.

I choose Rancho Heating and Air because they were fast to respond and had a reasonable diagnostic fee.

There was a weird glitch with my Nest thermostat and after hours later, the same day Jesse came back to correct the problem. The problem went away by itself but Jesse was very kind to provide top class customer service. He returned to make sure all was working correctly 100%.
Above and beyond! Thank you. I have found a go to HVAC and plumbing ""guy"" !

The blower was making noise but after a quick fix the unit started to make noise. Jesse made sure the problem was really fixed. Blower motor replaced.

Amazing company to work with. Jesse showed up on time and was clean and upfront about what the job required to be done in a timely manner. We recently had the house renovated and Jesse went the extra mile to put gloves on so he wouldn't leave hand prints on the ceiling when he needed to get into our attic. I called Rancho Heating and Air Plumbing with a slab leak under my kitchen floor.
I met with Jesse who used some cool tools to not only detect where the leak was at, but also to find multiple water pipes within the walls to determine the best way to repair the issue.

Jesse was able to reroute a new line to my cold kitchen water with a much shorter path than a previous company had recommended. This saved me a lot of money in multiple ways and I'm grateful to Jesse for explaining it to me. It saved money with a shorter run for the new plumbing so, less material. This resulted in less new holes cut into my drywall and less labor for Jesse. Most plumbers don't repair or repaint the drywall but this resulted in a lot less repair to be made and again said me additional money.

Don't look any further than Rancho Heating, Air, Plumbing for your needs. They were awesome. We had our home inspection show multiple items needing to be repaired or replaced. Jesse and his nephew Carlos did an amazing job. They completed the following items:

Installed a water heater expansion tank.

Installed 11 angle stops and water flexes

Fixed main water service and hose bib

Fixed an upside down water heater sediment trap installed incorrectly by a previous handyman.

Installed a furnace sediment trap and connected flue-vent

Installed a water overflow safety switch

Replaced the AC disconnect box

They are both great, kind, and knowledgeable guys who explained everything try did. I'm so happy i found them.
