I called Rams Plumbing and left a message. The owner, Kris, called back within 10 minutes. He was between jobs and, thus, was available. He arrived at my home within 15 minutes, and he and his assistant resolved my plumbing problem quickly, professionally, and expediently. I'd definitely recommend Rams Plumbing (but obviously can't guarantee that you can get the super-fast service that I did).

Job was done after they were sent by the house warranty company and charged us for the work done over what would be covered by the plan. They do not accept credit cards, we have also sent 2 checks which suddenly vanished into thin air. They keep sending us bills and will not take a credit card over the phone and conveniently misplaced our 2 checks we sent. What kind of reputable company does business like this?

Don't book them and if they show up send them away. It's not worth the headache of worrying about identity theft from checks they misplaced - especially after being the victim of this in 2018.

Kris worked within parameters of home warranty company's ridiculous loopholes to fix a leak problem. Came on time, cleaned up, and was courteous.

BUYER BEWARE! Unethical and dishonest plumber! After completing the work of installing a backflow device and plumbing for my sprinkler system, Kris agreed to give me a discount if I paid in cash. The next day, after I'd already gone to the bank to withdraw the cash, he called me and informed me that he wasn't going to give me the discount and that I needed to send him a check for the full amount, for which, according to trusted sources, I was grossly overcharged. It seemed like a lot to me at the time, and I regret not having shopped around for a plumber, but I trusted him. Big mistake! Do yourself a huge favor and take your business elsewhere. I will not use Rams Plumbing again.

I have a home warranty plan. I paid Rams a decent amount of money to inspect a slow flowing toilet. They snaked it and stated I needed a new toilet because ""something was probably flushed and was blocking the flow"". They didn't replace the toilet because that wasn't covered by my home warranty, or so they told me. I had a friend pull the toilet and found the cause was a toy that one of my children must have flushed. It was easily removed and the toilet resumed working normally. They could have easily fixed my toilet, (the whole process took my friend 20 minutes) but chose to be lazy. Do yourself a favor and avoid Rams Plumbing.

They came when they said they would, replaced the faulty water main, charged what they said they would, did a great job cleaning up, can't even tell they were here!
