Love their work at Ramona Pacific. Justine and Joseph were very professional and courteous. They arrived on time and completed the work very quickly. They worked on two toilets simultaneously finding roots under one toilet. Yuck

Ramona Pacific Plumbing is an excellent plumbing company with excellent service. They came out and replaced the toilet in our bathroom. Replaced the electrical for our dryer with gas, and hooked up our new washer. They also repaired a valve on our garage sink to have running water in it because it was so old. Because our budget was limited, they did not try to pressure and upsell us on more plumbing repairs. They were prompt, respectful and professional while working in our home. I am an Interior Designer and this is the first test to see whether I would take a a craftsman into a clients home. I must say that they passed with flying colors! I want to give a special recommendation to Matt our ""Plumber for the Day""! He was friendly, accommodating, knowledgeable and professional! I am looking forward to having Ramona Pacific Plumbing back very soon to fix all the plumbing on ""My Old House!""

My mom hired them to fix a leak and they showed up with a big obnoxious flag on the back of their truck. And the leak still didn't get fixed. Very unprofessional.
