I just want to start off by saying Ramon was very helpful very informative. We purchased our home a few years ago and as first time home owners you are not really aware of everything that needs to be maintained. We had an issue with our water heater and I was called around to price shop. From bell Bros to handyman to figure out the best way to get the job done on a budget. We found out about Ramon's plumbing on yelp. I called him up and from the beginning he was super professional and helpful. He sent me an estimate and offered a few suggestions. I did let him know I was price shopping because we are in a financial bind. He said he understood and was very kind and was not pushy at all. We decided to go with him because he was knowledgeable and helpful. When he came to do the installation he was on time, very thorough, professional, and even shared a few things we should and shouldn't be doing. We will be using him in the future for our plumbing needs. Most plumbers know you're in a bind and tend to take advantage of it. But with Ramon's plumbing I can honestly say he is an honest plumber.

Ramon replied quickly to my request for an estimate on replacing a garbage disposal, had a fair price, and made it very easy to schedule the work right through the app for the next morning. He arrived right on time and completed the work very efficiently. He also answered some other plumbing questions i had, even looking up some code requirements and getting back to me later that day about another project i am considering.

Our old water heater was not staying lit and we were not ready to pay for a new water heater. Ramon came and identified the issue to the water heater and was able to fix it. He did recommend us to have the water heater replaced soon, but I appreciate him listening to my concerns and what I was looking to have accomplished. He also did the exact same process with our garbage disposal. When the time comes to replace both I will look to use Ramon again. He was very professional, patient, and courteous. Update. He really took care of us.amd installed remote controller for our tankless water so we can control the temperature. We also.were having some trouble with our toilets and quickly swamped them out for us
