We recently had our kitchen faucet leak. Rey came over for an assessment; we contacted the site for the part, received it, but it wasn't all that was needed from the company. Rey did a temp fix; rather than wait for another part, I picked up a new faucet which Rey installed ASAP. He's always been there for us; no job has been too big or too small for him. The service has always been good and professional from the office to the individual expert. Kudos to a new year of helping others!

Horrible customer service. We made an appointment, they never showed up, and when we called about the missed apppointmnet, the woman who originally made our appointment, said she never confirmed our time (untrue), and we should just find someonelse, they are too busy. Wow! We never met the actual plumber, but the office personal is atriciously unprofessional. If you need a job done, don't call them.

Your jovial, dedicated to work ethics plumber. We used Rey at Ramirez Plumbing 2 years ago when we had a failed water heater. Today, faced with a stoppage in a bathroom sink, we made an early morning call. The helpful receptionist told us that they would call back with a scheduled time. ""Today?"", I asked. ""Yes, today"", she answered. Minutes later, a call from the Rey - ""I can be there in 10 minutes, is that ok?""
A resounding YES! Voila, success with a couple tries and a clear drain. Incredible respect for this admirable employee at this reputable company!

I must respectfully disagree with the negative reviews that Ramirez Plumbing received. I almost did not use them for my personal projects as a result, even though they were the sub-contractor that did all the plumbing under the contract. As most remodeling go, I decided on additional projects outside of the scope of the original contract, that cost thousands of additional dollars. I went on Yelp to search for my own plumber and met with the two of the highest rated ones in my area. When I was trying to decide which to use, I happened to share casually with my general contractor as to why I did not consider using Ramirez because of the lousy ratings. He shared with me that he has used them for years, and found them to be professional, reasonable and efficient. So I decided to investigate on my own, Both of the owner and receptionist turned out to be most personable and responsive to work with. They got my job as a result, and I am please with the prompt and effeicnt fashion that it was completed. It was very competitively priced as compared to the other 5 stars Yelp plumbers as well.

Nice counsel and approach to their bidding on the job, I was left with the impression that they were not what you call cheap but the work ethic and speed of which they installed the plumbing and diligence in ensuring a successful outcome was impressive. If they were a car they would be a German car, high cost of entry but likely very little ongoing maintenance issues. High quality brand product and recommended.

Terrible service, Terrible receptionist, Terrible with communication. I wouldn't recommend Ramirez Plumbing for any reason what so ever !!! I'm still waiting for MR. RAMIREZ to contact me and fix the problem. He placed an old useless pump, said it was new, I was charged double and now he won't call me back to discuss. BAD SERVICE, BAD PEOPLE, BAD BAD BAD

Excellent service! Called to replace leaking water heater and a plumber was dispatched within an hour. All work was thoroughly and neatly completed at a fair price. This is the second time I used Ramirez Plumbing and was very pleased both times!

Amazed at how rude the receptionist was! Called on business for a quote and waited 2 weeks for a quote. Called back and was told that they were very busy and she wouldn't follow up with the plumbers. Won't ever be calling them back...
