Ramey came to my dad's house to inspect a leak in the living room ceiling on early Monday morning 1/8/17... They said that they needed to get something for the upstairs toilet and that they'd be back--- but they NEVER came back! All day on Monday, no one came back and no one called- despite me leaving a voicemail message. My dad and I both left voicemails Monday and Tuesday, which were unreturned. After leaving a final message in the wee hours of Wednesday morning, threatening a negative online presence, someone *finally* called us back-- but they were too late. We went with K. FARMER PLUMBING & SERVICE in Hillsville, Virginia.
Lesson to be learned by Ramey: ""Take care of your customers and they'll take care of you."" Also, don't assume that, because your customers are 70+ years old that they don't know about Yelp, Angie's List, and the like... Because their kids and grandkids do!
