Our technician Anthony was extremely professional, thorough, and fair throughout the entire process of clearing out our main sewer line and helping to stop our house from backing up. He was so courteous and respectful and explained things to us every step of the way. In emergencies, he always arrived within the hour and got right to work. I also want to mention that as the job got bigger, he credited past work toward the larger project. I really felt like he was on my side throughout all of this stressful situation. I am so impressed with his work ethic and trustworthiness, I would highly recommend him for any of your plumbing needs. He let us know the issues that caused our A/C to stop working properly and recommended some things in the future to help maintain the unit so that it continues to work properly. DJ was the best! My apartment's water heater was over 40 years old (apartment ""management"", am I right?) and needed to be replaced. My garbage disposal was really backed up the guy that came out to take care of it was really friendly and polite and then when he was done he had me come and look to make sure it was working properly ..he also made sure he the area clean! Very pleased with the service
