The weekend of August 28, my water heater went out. I scheduled an appointment for the morning of the 28th.
Service Tech Raymond was dispatched. While entire, Raymond called and advised he was in his way and gave me an ETA. Raymond arrived at the stated time.
Ray was pleasant, knowledgeable and professional. Ray walked me through the trouble shooting process, advised me of the diagnosis and explained what my options were. After the installation of a water heater, Ray explains to me how to maintain the water heater to get the best service life out of it. Ray was also happy to answer all my questions for the water heater. Ray also answered general plumbing questions I had and questions I had about my air conditioner. I am very pleased and impressed with his completed work. I rate Ramco and service technician Raymond 10 out of 10.

DJ (Dwayne) provided excellent customer service. Arrived on time, was professional, courteous, very pleasant and cleaned up afterwards. He replaced 2 faucets, a garbage disposal, 2 shut off valves and the water pressure regulator in a very timely manner. He explained everything he was doing and I was impressed by the way he planned out the order of the repairs so we were without water for a very short amount of time. He didn't leave until he knew we were completely satisfied. Thanks, DJ, for a job well done.

Have known the owner as a customer for over 15 years. He sent one of his technicians to our house.

My wife was home and the technician, DJ, was very courteous and polite. He took care of our drainage issue in our tub.

Customer service is paramount to me, and my wife is even more critical than I am. She would give 6 stars if possible.

You should give them a try. I recommend them a to my friends and family. The reason his company has succeeded is his customer service and honesty.

I just installed a new AC/Heating unit yesterday done by Ramco. Fair price and job was completed in a timely manner. It was a much needed upgrade and the Ramco team did a good job of handling all my questions and concerns. Justin the technician who installed the AC kept me informed throughout the process and provided details on how the new system functions. I would highly recommend Ramco for any Plumbing/AC needs.

I am getting all of my reviews in order today; and, I just want to thank Ramco Plumbing for their excellent care in taking care of me with my Plumbing needs. Ryan is amazing; and, I appreciated his assistance and help when no one could detect/find out why, outside my front door where my sprinkler system is valves are, the ground was extremely damp. I had paid money for people to come; and, no one like I had said, had a solution. I then noticed inside my first bedroom, back then, some black spots above the baseboard. I thought oh no. Ryan had come out; and, right away he thought it was coming from the valves pipes outside my front door that turn the water off and on. He was exactly right. There had been a slow leak in there. He/they put new piping in there to stop the leak. Back then they had done Restoration. They had it taken care for me. The wall was opened up, dried out/what needed to be, stuff sprayed in there, then the drywall was replaced. It was done so beautifully that I did not even have to paint the wall if I did not want to. I was told, too, that it was very good that they had gotten here when they did to fix everything/that the mold could have spread even more.
Ramco is wonderful company; honest, kind, great customer service, and returns your phone calls right away as well as picking up the telephone.

Recently I had an incident where I called Ryan at Ramco to talk with him about some Restoration work. I was panicking because the Insurance company did not handle the problem properly. He had told me that they no longer provide Restoration services; but, would refer me to Wizard Restorations down the street. He told me he refers his customers to them. (They are for the people, just like Ramco.) Thank God. Thank you Ryan, again, for your caring. I called Wizard Restorations right away. Mario, the owner, came right out. They, too, took care of everything for me. Mario had Fernando, the Operations Manager, handle everything from there. If it had not been for Ryan, then Mario and Fernando my home would not be back to where it was before. They were my angels. Thank you again.
