Marcos did an excellent job at my father's home. My father is retired and has lived in his home over 30 years and no plumber had ever found the main drain but Marcos did in only a few minutes! Marcos has been a plumber for 27 years so he knew what he was doing and he was polite. My father was very pleased with his service.

I have used Ram Rooter for 10 years. I will never use then again. I called them at least 4 times today to come and fix a clogged toilet. They didn't show up to my house until later in the afternoon around 3pm Their plumber JAVIER was extremely rude to me on the phone, complaining about a service call that he did well over a year ago. I was so upset about his disrespectful tone on the phone.
Today they came to just use a snake ton the main line of my house to unclog the toilets. They charged me 250$ just to use a snake. The plumber was only here for about 30 minutes.
I will definitely not continue using them as my plumbers. It's extremely unfortunate after 10 years they don't value their long term customers.

If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. The 1st time one of our toilets got clogged, I called them & a plumber showed up within 1/2 hour. Called them today, late afternoon on CHRISTMAS EVE, for the same thing (we have old plumbing) & thought we may have to wait until the day after Christmas for service. To my surprise & delight, the plumber showed up in less than 15 minutes! Both plumbers we have had were pleasant, respectful, knowledgable, fast, & both cleaned up! I have no reason to ever use another plumbing service again. Highly recommend!

We had a slow running drain in our kitchen ever since we bought the house. We recently renovated our kitchen and that included moving our sink and plumbing. We were without a sink for about 3 weeks and when we installed the new sink it was not draining at all. Came to Yelp to find a local plumber with good reviews. Called the number and had Marcos out at the house in about an hour. He did his thing and had us flowing again. Price was fair and Marcos is a professional. We have used Ram Rooter in the past and always had great service. However, last night was not one of those times. Our toilet was clogged my husband called them to come out. The lady that answered the call said she would dispatch them and they should be out within the hour. After an hour went by my husband called again to make sure they were still coming out. She said yes they were on their way. Two hours later nobody showed up my husband called again. The lady said the plumber wasn't coming because of the rain. Their ad should include that in their bio. It says they are available 24/7 but just not if it's raining I guess. Never did she call us to let us know they weren't coming!! We waited 2 hours!! Very unprofessional!! She was very rude and not at all apologetic. Then this morning she had the nerve to call my husband and ask if we still needed them to come out. We will NEVER use Ram Rooter again!!
