Finally! A plumbing company that comes through. We had two other plumbing companies come out before we called Ram Rooter. Neither one of those other companies wanted to touch our clogged kitchen sink. Jonathan came out the very next day in the time frame I had scheduled. Jonathan was very thorough and clean and did an excellent job fixing our clogged pipe. He was very friendly and answered all my questions. The price wasn't half bad either! It's so hard to find good workers these days. Jonathan was such a breath of fresh air. He took care of our kitchen sink as if it was his own. Great service!

Need a CAPABLE, HONEST plumber for a small problem or a BIG ONE? Read this.

This week I discovered a lake of water (18"" deep) had developed under my house - it's built on a raised foundation. One plumber came and didn't want to tackle the job. A second plumber came and wanted to charge me a fortune so I resisted. Then, based on a neighbor's suggestion, I placed a late-afternoon call to Ram Rooter, based a few towns away in Garden Grove. Marcos and James came early next morning and they spent time to precisely determine the cause of the problem.

They gave me a minimum and maximum cost ... and even the higher amount was a lot less $$$ than the previous plumber's proposal. So, I gave Marcos and James the green light. After the water was pumped out, these two men put on coveralls and went down into the muddy crawl space under the house (plastic sheeting had been laid). By the end of the afternoon, the problem was fixed. That was the first great thing. But, secondly, their final fee was a joy to me. They could easily have charged me the higher estimate and I would have been thrilled. But they charged me the lower amount. Really!

When I thanked my neighbor for his recommendation, he told me about his experiences with Ram Rooter. Several times, he'd paid $50 to $100 for things other plumbers could have charged double or triple. It was so nice to meet CAPABLE, EFFICIENT, ETHICAL people. (I believe Ram Rooter is spiritually grounded.)

Update!!! On a prior visit I gave these guys a 5 star rating. More recently we had them return for another issue with our downstairs bathroom. They did show up quickly for us. They cleared the main line outside and left after receiving their pay. We had visitors in from out of state. My husband went out back and much to our upset and sheer disbelief they left loads of toilet paper and HUMAN WASTE all over the sidewalk on the side of our house. I called the company and left a message hoping that they would call to explain why..... never heard back.
Would definitely NOT REFER TO ANYONE!!!

We had a problem with our main line backing up late last night. Our downstairs bathroom flooded and we had to shut down water to the house. We called Ram Rooter before 7am and Marcos was out to the house in about an hour. He was kind and listened patiently. He got right to work and had my water back on in less than 30 minutes. I hope not to have any more issues, but if I do I will call Ram Rooter again and will refer this company to anyone that has a need for a respectful, professional, quick and thorough plumber!

Called they showed up in less than an hour gave a very responsible quote, and went to work! Did a great job, didn't have one part on them to replace a flex pipe, but don't mind that at all! We can do that ourselves! Fast, easy, friendly and great prices! What more could you ask for???

Made an appointment on Tuesday for Friday was given a 2 hour window between 8am-10 am. The plummer arrived at 5:30pm. The company didn't communicate with us to state there was a delay. I called the dispatcher three times during the course of the day and was told they were on their way. I am very disappointed with this service.

Thank you Johnathon!!! You and your twin brother were awesome! it was 9 pm at nite on a Wed, nite . I called and talked to a very polite woman who asked a few questions and told me someone would be right out. They showed up in 30 mins explained the problem, clogged main pipe. Ran the snake bada bing, bada bang job done at a very reasonable price!! They did not jack up the price for after hour call and here s the best part he offered to clean up the raw sewage !! I am keeping his number for sure!! Call And ask for Johnathon or his Dad JAvier you will not be disappointed!!! Satisfied customer.

I had a clog mainline on a Sunday morning. Jonathan came out within 1 hour and cleared the line in 30 minutes. He was super friendly and personable. Better yet, he only charged me 125, when a guy I called earlier quoted me 300 because it was Sunday! I highly recommend Ram Rooter ! Thanks! btw, this is Amy's hubby, Bruce

I used the think I hated all plumbing problems, and dealing with plumbers was always an unpleasant experience. That was until I had to had the great fortune of hiring Jaime and Jonathan from Ram Rooter.

About a year ago, Jaime came out and spent about 2 hours unclogging the drains on the kitchen side of my house. The fees were very reasonable, and after Jaime left my sink was empty!

Fast forward to last night, and my kitchen backed up again. That make sense, we cook a lot and I enjoy testing the limits of our garbage disposal. I was able to make an appointment late at night for this afternoon.

This time Jonathan came out to help. After he arrived early, Jonathan described what he intended to do to snake out the pipes, in easy non-technical terms. He spent about an hour climbing up and down a ladder dragging what looked like heavy equipment on to the roof (hard pass!). After busting his tail for an hour, the sink was draining again, and I only had to fork over $75!

I can't say enough. Jaime and Jonathan for Ram Rooter are honest, affordable, punctual, and clean! I highly recommend them for all of your homes plumbing needs.

We had a clogged mainline late Saturday evening. Javier came and helped us clear all the roots. Really put in the extra effort to make sure everything was cleared. Highly recommend Javier and Ram Rooter!
