Steve E.I had a troublesome main sewer line clog that's taken two attempts (so far) to clear. I've been gouged by other companies in the past, but not RAM. Each time, the technician Dennis explained the options and fees. No surprises or last minute extras. I will continue to call on them for my plumbing needs. (Hopefully not in the near future.)
Update- The sewer problem turned out to be a collapsed section of pipe. RAM got it figured out and fixed. Because they had to dig up the line, this was a costly repair. That said, the price they charged was reasonable given the nature and scope of the problem. Still five stars.
