We live in an old house that was built in 1930. I used a bath bomb the other night, and it was the final straw for the old pipes. It finished off a clog that became solid as a rock. Needless to say, we needed a plumber. Ram's plumbing sent us Kevin. He tried to use a snake to unclog it, but it could not penetrate the clog. He had to open our kitchen ceiling and the wall next to the ( upstairs) tub. He replaced several old pipes after clearing the clog, fixed both of the holes, and cleaned up every bit of dust and debris. He even scrubbed all of the stain out of the tub. We've never hired anyone who was as thorough, respectful and concerned that we were satisfied with a repair. For any plumbing problems, call Ram and ask for Kevin. He's amazing.

Last minute emergency on a Sunday evening. So our timing couldn't have been better right? No! It was awful timing. They were able to send out Ryan last minute and he came as soon as he could and saved the day. A duplex with two clogged up kitchen sinks that kept rising when just one sink was running. He was able to unclog the sink within a short about of time and did quality work. We will call this company again if any unexpected plumbing emergencies pop up again.

David did a wonderful job in fixing our ice maker drainage system. He quoted two pricing for us to choose but we chose the higher price. Fortunately, the service price was reasonable as he did a very professional job and even added clamps to support the pvc tubes.

Jeff from RAM came out punctually to help us with some unruly toilet issues. He was able to fix the issues quickly. After we had him deal with our most pressing issue, we had him look at our other toilets to assess any potential upcoming issues. After going over everything, we ended up having him do preventative maintenance/upgrades on our other aging toilets, so problems like ours wouldn't happen again!

First of all I would like to say I am very appreciative to Jeff who came out at night to fix a hot slab leak. He is a very professional plumber and very fair in his pricing. Jeff was knowledgeable about the specifics of what was going on. From beginning to end, Jeff provided me updates to when he would arrive and was very punctual.
I have to say I am leery of taking care of household responsibilities like this, however, Jeff is a people person and gave me a peace of mind immediately. Thank you Ram Plumbing and heating company. Jeff is definitely an asset to this company!!!

We used RAM plumbing for an issue we had with our condos bathtub. They were approved by our HOA to shut off the water. David did an amazing job and was very quick to fix the problem. The repair was reasonably priced as well. I'm glad we used them.
