I'm giving this company a one star, not based on having used them but the mere fact that one of their employees who drives a Nissan NV High Top van thought it was completely acceptable to throw out two lit cigarettes out of window into my van where my young son was sitting and burned him. Ram Plumbing should vet their employees a little more and explain to them that throwing lit cigarettes out of windows is completely unacceptable in a company vehicle and just doesn't look good for them. I called Ram Plumbing to determine source of a water leak. Plumber located source of leak from a broken out rusted toilet flange. He had another tech come out later to replace toilet flange and reset toilet. Because leak had caused damage to drywall and a restoration company came out to dry out bathroom and remove drywall over 3 walls, we were unable to use bathroom. Once repairs were completed and we started to use bathroom again, noticed dirty water leaking from base of toilet. Called restoration company to determine source of problem. Found that toilet flange was replaced with cheap plastic that was not able to hold toilet in place. I called Ram Plumbing to complain about the quality of the job and have left multiple messages over multiple days and as of today still no call back to discuss. I can't believe the customer service from this company.

This was a total rip off! I called Ram Plumbing to fix an anti-syphon valve that my b-friend and I had tried to fix earlier but it was still leaking. Basically, the technician did the same we have done - used a $7 kit that did not fix the problem. He said that just for that part, he would charge $475 dollars. When I asked how come it was that pricey when it took him 5 min and a cheap kit and that two years later the same job was $235 (same company), he said ""everything is so much more expensive now"" but that they would honor the previous price. Because the job was not fixed, and obviously that part was not necessary, he said that it was due to the water pressure in the house. He did a decent job fixing and charged additional $875!!!!! This job was done in June and the bill just came two weeks ago when on vacations. Since then they sent two invoices, one with one red ""past due"" heading. I'd say if you want to feel that they have ripped you off, and that the company is a mess, please go ahead and call them!

I recently purchased a larger older home in Tucson. We had issues at different points in the 3 branches of our sewer line. After using several companies to scope and snake as needed, we realized more extensive fixes were required. We solicited bids from multiple plumbers. Erik at RAM stood out immediately. He spent a couple hours going over the entirety of the sewer line using a camera scope. He checked throughout the house even going on the roof and scoping through the vent stack. Contrast that with several other local companies that could barely be enticed to get out of their vehicle, tossing off an astronomical price after a 5 minute inspection. Erik's quote was not the lowest but also not the highest. We settled on new lining for most of the line with excavation where the line was broken. He also offered hydro-jetting for the entire house to clear out construction debris pushed into the line by the crew of our general contractor (who had been fired). During the job, we had complications. We had planned excavation for broken line but he had to extend that beyond original scope as significant portions of the unbroken line were sagging and not graded properly to drain effectively. He did this within the original quote. However, another complication was a new line run by our general contractor who installed it without the necessary grading to drain properly, clumsily dropping it into the main line. While this was an additional cost Erik was able to keep costs reasonable. When complete, Erik provided a flash drive of the camera scope with before and after for the entire sewer line. All in all, I found Ram, and Erik especially, to be a class act. Very transparent, thoughtful and thorough. I would very highly recommend Ram plumbing and will be using them in the future.

Christmas morning 2015 I heard a leak in my wall, I waited until the following day to call a plumber and was referred to Ram. I thought I got a fair price until I called them again less than 90 days later to be quoted 5 times more than I was able to get two other licensed plumbers for. I called the office to speak to the owner as his plumbers are making over $400 an hour! He said I was owed a refund and would be getting a check. I waited a month, called again and lady on phone first argued then remembered the conversation. Obviously Ramon doesn't give a hoot about his reputation in Tucson. This is not good business, I would never recommend them again. I found many reputable plumbers in Tucson that care about their integrity.

I have a rental property in Tucson but live in WA so everything I do is remote. I had a hot water heater issue and needed someone to come out quickly to take care of the issue. Jose came out from Ram and assessed the issue, called me and talked to me about my options and what the cost would look like. We settled on a solution and he took it from there. Jose called me when the issue was fixed, ensure I would receive an email with the receipt and helped me feel great about the process. Thanks Jose and Ram, much appreciated.

What can I say...we had an emergency on a Saturday! Panic as we had water flooding due to a failed hot water heater! We did some research on-line and call 1-800 plumbing. How fortunate we were!!! They responded even earlier than promised. Their technician (Jose) responded. We were in good hands....not only was he very personable, but he new what to do and how to do it!!! Professional and knew want needed to be done! The follow up expert and timely and we couldn't be happier!!! I would recommend the company to anyone that was in need of a competent and trustworthy plumbing company. Ask for Jose! You won't be disappointed!!! RAM Plumbing is amazing!!!
