Company Overview

Climate control systems replaced as well as maintained. Full heating and cooling solutions. Ductwork designs implemented in new plus old dwellings.

I’ve spent over 30 years in this industry, starting alongside my grandparent. He served as a draftsman - metal fabricator in building and installing. I collaborated beside him and carry on his legacy today.

Having spent thirty years in heating and cooling, it’s my passion. He played a role, my father as well and so am I.

Ram Air installed a new air conditioning unit in my modular home and charged me $3200. I am a retired single women and this was a lot of money for me. Soon after I noticed a strong smell of burning rubber. He came back and did something which did not help. He said it would get better with time. The odor was making me sick so I stopped using the A/C. I called him back and he said not to bother him there was nothing he could and hung up the phone. The smell persisted so I called Carrier and they gave me a name of reputable company to call. The tech who came out said the smell was from burning rubber insulation in the coil and the coil should be replaced. I called the coil manufacturer and they told me the installer must have"" cooked the line"" meaning he used to much heat on the line during the installation and caused the burning smell. They did not think the smell would go away and the coil which is under warranty should be replaced.I sent an email , as he would not take my phone calls, to the owner advising him of the two conversations and he did not reply. Now I will have to hire someone else to replace the coil at considerable cost.I the mean time I have no air conditioning. The owner of this company does terrible work and I would not recommended him to anyone. He does not correct his mistakes.

Absolutely the worst customer service. Doesn't call you back and doesn't follow through with what he says he is going to do! Then he tells you he doesn't need your business anyway! THE WORST!

Ram Air glad I found you. Called many Heating/Air Conditioning contractors. Prices just seemed high to me. I found Ram Air on the web I called them. A service personal met me at the house I explained what I need and want, We talked for sometime. Decided to have Ram Air fix the Air Conditioning problem. Did just as we discussed at the price we agreed on. The very next day I have Air Conditioning with a saving of all most 1000 bucks. WOW I said works great looks great. Call this guy if you want things done right a very fair price.

Extremely dishonest business. I had water in my basement which damaged my hot water tank. The technician, whom I believe is really the owner, was not able to get the pilot to stay lit. This was not his fault. The cost of the service was going to be $175 which I agreed to. He then said he was going to contact the tank manufacturer and tell them the tank was defective and leaking, which he did directly. The cost of his service would then be $300. Because the tank was still covered under warranty, the manufacturer indicated the technician's company needed to give me a tax form and I would be reimbursed $250. The technician said he would do so while the manufacturer was still on the phone. I called the company repeatedly over the next four weeks and just kept being told to call the office, call at a different time, talk to someone else, etc. Each time, it was the same person talking to me as the person who provided the service. Now, one month later, he again pretends to be someone else and tells me the technician shouldn't have done that and he will not give me the tax form. I could have waited for the water to dry up in the tank and saved $125. He scammed me and the manufacturer, who I will be contacting next. Do not trust this business.
