Leonard P.I had first thought that this would be a good business since he responded to my Yelp request pretty quickly as well as the subsequent texts. We set an appointment for 10 am today (7 Jan 2022). At 9:55 he sent a text saying that he was on his way. At 9:59 he sent another text saying that he was leaving in 20 mins along with a google map screenshot showing it would be a 20 min drive. At 11:37 he had still not shown up. Even if he had headed to my location at 10:20, a 20 min drive would have him arriving at 10:40, with an additional 20 mins for traffic it would be 11:00. So at that 11:37, I messaged him to disregard coming. That is just bad business in my opinion. If I am paying my hard earned money, the least he could do is to be on time.
Steven O.We had all of our toilets overflowing and backed up into the showers and none of the amateur measures worked. I called the usual popular plumbing companies and even though I told them I had an emergency due to my folks being in their 90's, no one would come until the next day.
I called Ralph from the Yelp app and he was here in 30 minutes, just like he said he would be. 15 minutes later, he had everything ship shape. He was super reasonable with his price and very professional
