So pleased with their work! These guys know how to actually FIX stuff and are very good at it. Ashley does the scheduling and is wonderful. She even helped me come up with a workaround for a leaky shower handle until they could come out to look at it. We had two showers that were both constantly dripping from their handles, and Gary was able to fix one and order the part to fix the other within an hour. I had previously called another company that was unable to fix either problem and had recommended a full replacement of my shower handles to fix the leak, which would have required tile work and thousands of dollars. I have an older home and want to maintain instead of constantly replacing. They have also recently completed a rather complicated water heater replacement at our rental house that involved multiple visits and coordination with another service provider, and were so easy to work with during that process. I will only be calling Ralph's from now on!

I am really surprised by their poor customer service. I called two weeks early to set up my appointment and the day of service they tried to come out an hour early while I was still at work. I spoke to someone in the office named Ashley twice and was reassured that someone would come out before the end of the day. By 4pm, no service and no plan B which I tried planning for the following day. I was told by Ashley that she would call me back and confirm for tomorrow but never heard back. I called the following day at 8 am-3 hours later no word back.

Negative stars!!! The professionalism we encounter was so disheartening. We have used Ralph's many times before with no issues. We had a scheduled appointment and my husband took the day off and called to confirm and the plumber never showed. I called and left messages, hoping that they would call me back to explain what happened but instead I called 10 times the next day and when I finally got through, she (Ashley) had nothing nice to say and was very rude. I was informed that the 50.00 fee could not be waived, even though their plumber was a no show and she told me they wouldn't do that, I asked what should I do then and she said ""find a new plumber"" needless to say I was shocked and very angry, I asked to speak to Judy the office manager and have yet to hear from her. We are extremely disappointed.

If I could have given this company a negative amount of stars, I'd have done so. They are HORRIBLE. My friend's husband took an entire day off work to wait for the plumber to arrive for the scheduled service call, and not only did no one show up, but when my friend called Ralph's to ask what had happened and to demand that the $50 fee be waived, their representative not didn't apologize for the wasted day and failure to show up as scheduled AND refused to waive the fee! These former clients of Ralph's are hard-working people who went to the trouble of taking a day off from work to wait for a plumber to arrive. Maybe those of you who gave more stars in your reviews are luckier, or have money to burn and endless days off from work to utilize. But most of us aren't in that category. DON'T USE RALPH'S PLUMBING AND HEATING!!!

I would give these guys 10 stars if I could. Our family was out of town when a seal broke on our toilet and water was coming from the ceiling into the first floor. Mike made the time in his busy schedule to get to our house in a couple of hours. The problem was diagnosed and fixed immediately without any major damage. The communication was excellent from both Mike on the job and Ashley in the office. She was so helpful, and polite and professional. Mike, Ashley and Ralph's saved us from what could have been a disaster.
Their service is top notch, and the quality of their work is second to none. I would recommend to anyone.

I've been using them for 10 years. They get the job done. Ralph has always been fair and honest. Mike, seems to be more about making money and not as precise. Depends on the job as to who is sent out.

Always easy to schedule through the office, keep me up to date on their schedules, smart, helpful with great suggestions and fair.
