We recently purchased an old house that had been empty for some time and when the water was turned back on we had some issues. We had an original 1937 faucet that wouldn't turn off, a toilet that just had a sign on it saying do not use, an improperly installed toilet that had to be re installed and our main water supply was leaking. Each issue was repaired quickly and inexpensively. Having moved from another old house I was familiar with the adage ""you just going to have to replace it"" without anyone trying to repair...not Ralph! He repaired the old faucet, replaced the old toilet, cleaned out a sewer line that everyone said had to be replaced. - and he's an awesome guy!!!!
