Nothing negative to say. I reached out on a Monday morning and Ralph and John were here by 8:30 on their way to another. The job was a bear, but they dealt with it in a fast and professional manner. They didn't leave a big mess behind and explained everything. We will definitely keep Ralphs number handy! Thank you!

Contacted Ralph and arranged to replace an unfixable toilet in a week. After follow-up he texted that he was stuck on a bigger job than expected and was delayed. Ok, that can happen,but he did not reply to several further texts about when or if he could do the job, costing me an extra fortnight with a dysfunctional toilet when I had a deadline for medical reasons that I had told him about.

What a refreshing change Ralph the Plumber was in comparison to the contractor we had working on our house. Ralph was responsive, very pleasant, arrived promptly, did the work he said he would do in the time frame he gave us and at the price we agreed to. We will not hesitate call Ralph again when we need a plumber.

Ralph was wonderful! He came out quickly to give us an estimate, and was flexible on updating our house with a new hot water heater. He answered all of our questions, did great work, and we will definitely call Ralph again for our next plumbing job!

I can't say enough good things about Ralph and his team. I had broken cast iron pipes for my plumbing that he replaced with PVC pipes and also allowed for better ventilation of my bathroom. He also helped with maintenance on my gas boiler and replaced the valves on my radiators. They did this within a week's time which I truly appreciated. What I really liked about Ralph was his value for communication - he picked up the phone to speak to me and answered my calls, AND he spent the time explaining what he was doing to someone who is not well-versed in plumbing whatsoever!! I've already recommended Ralph to a close friend in the area and would recommend him to you too!

I called Ralph per a recommendation by another highly recommended plumber in town who couldn't cone out. It was 8pm on Saturday night in the freezing cold. I didn't know at the time but my expansion tank malfunctioned so water was pouring out like a faucet in my finished basement. I was finally able to get the water to stop. Ralph came that night right away (not a close drive... I'm in Canton). He quickly diagnosed the problem, said he unfortunately did not have the parts he needed but he'd be in touch in the AM. He texted the next day at 8am and was on his was. Everything was fixed by 10am. A great experience for a stressful situation around the holidays! I'd recommend him in a heartbeat!
