They arrive during the scheduled time. Do a great job fixing big and little issues and both times they have been at my house the technicians were friendly and efficient.

Russo Plumbing, Stamford CT They arrived 2-hrs. late, eating a sandwich, and without tools. They disappeared for 20-minutes and came back with some make-do equipment.

The on-the-clock 'helper' didn't do anything and just prevented seeing what the plumber was doing. Don't get a helper. Leaving, they left some of the equipment loose and left the face plates off the wall allowing water to go into the wall.

They overcharged almost $200 on a shocking $800 bill which they removed when I protested. Always get an estimate, even on the small jobs. They did send someone back to finish the work, but even though I told the second plumber to make things so the tightness lasted, he didn't. He said OK, but a week later, his bubble gum dried out and the looseness returned, (I blame the make-do equipment which should have been replaced.)

Pre-hiring attempts to find a review like Yelp were unsuccessful. They must use some sort app to fill up the google pages with their own Ads. The small job was a nightmare. I would not ever use them again.

(This is my 1st Yelp, which kinda popped-up. Wish I had visited before to a.) find out who's bad, but also b.) to find out who's good.

Ralph Russo plumbing has been to our home twice now. The work that was completed was done well - and the plumbers moved fast while on our property. They addressed leaky toilets, installed a LeakDefense system, replaced the kitchen sink faucets and replaced a faulty hot water valve under the kitchen sink. I will be using them again

I like Russo Plumbing. I think they are professional and get the job done. plumbers are expensive but look at the work they do. I think Ralph Russo is worth the money. They are trustworthy and know what they are doing.

Russo Plumbing is always there when you need them. Most recently, I had an emergency after hours problem with a toilet that was overflowing from the tank and the bowl, creating an increasingly bigger flood in my house.

An emergency plumber arrived in exactly the amount of time I was told it would take him to arrive. Meanwhile, the owner spent some time with me on the phone and explained how I could at least slow down the flow of water while I waited for the plumber to arrive. Once the problem was fixed the on-site plumber also spent time with me explaining what I could do if something like that ever happened again.

Great work by helpful, concerned people!

Russo was referred to me by our property managers. Russo plumber (John) arrived on time and was extremely efficient, adeptly fixing our main problem (severe pipe banging noise when toilet tank was filling) and to boot addressed 2nd running toilet upstairs--all within the single hour labor fee timeframe. Installed new parts in both, which he had on his truck. He explained causes for each problem to me very clearly and on one even offered me the option a more cost efficient fix, but was clear with me that it might not be 100% permanent (I opted for a slightly more costly solution that was permanent). The more permanent fix involved addition of a $25 part assembly. My bill came to $189 (all parts and labor), which I thought was extremely reasonable. Perhaps more important, I felt comfortable that I had a real professional-and one who cared about getting the job done right and tried to keep my costs reasonable. What a nice experience. Thank you John! I would use Russo again and recommend them.

We needed 4 items addressed:
#1: Shower control fixture needed to be fixed
#2: Faucets for basin in bathroom needed to be tightened to get rid of drip leak into basin
#3: Water filter in kitchen basin needed to be replaced
#4: Leak from water faucet in another bathroom needed to be looked at

The resolution took 3 expensive visits over 2+ months

Total cost of the work was over $1250. There was no follow-up after the first & second visits as had been promised. The part I was told to buy (cost me $75) was deemed incorrect later on. The shower was unusable for almost a month until the controls were fixed.

Terrible. Came and replaced a broken pipe behind dry wall that was too long and then when we needed to call them back to come and replace the faulty work so could put the drywall back up, tried to charge us again. Total con. Beware.

Mr. Russo came out to look at the plumbing work we needed done. He said he would get back to us fairly quickly as we needed some of it done by a deadline provided by the natural gas company. Two weeks went by so I called, and the guy that answered the phone was nice and assured us Mr. Russo would get back with us shortly. It's been several weeks because I wanted to give him time to get back with us before I wrote a negative review. He never got back to us, even to let us know he wouldn't or couldn't perform the work needed.
