Several months ago we needed a new tankless hot water heater. I got several quotes. Some were over twice what we paid using Raleigh Plumbing and Heating. The response time, efficiency and professionalism of Dan the service manager was impressive. When I spoke about how bad some other local companies were and their price gouging, he replied with the following in an email to me...""People need to be made aware that we are not in it for the money. We like the customer acquisition more than the quick buck. I like creating relationships more than making a dollar for the company. My boss is a big supporter of that as well. We JUST had a price increase of $10 more on the labor after 10+ years at the same service cost. It was never really about the money from the service department. We are very much new construction based.""

Gary, the owner was equally amazing. He and I spoke several times, before the decision was made to go with his company. For all of these reasons, I would never use anyone else EXCEPT this great local company!

Large job performed on time, but a year later shortcuts are starting to show through. Over torqued screws causing cracks, loose hose bibs dripping, faucets missing gaskets.

I couldn't believe they refused to make an apt with me because the previous owner owed them $200! The previous owner used them so I figured I would to what a bad decision. The work they did needs to be repaired.

Today I called Gary at Raleigh Plumbing about some rough-in plumbing work I had done back on November 13th. Our tile was recently finished and we had some local plumbers come and finish the installation of the fixtures. The local plumbers found an issue with the rough-in plumbing and had to fix some of Raleigh Plumbing's work before they could install our fixtures. I called today to kindly asked Gary if he could provide me a breakdown of my bill and I explained the issues the local plumber had found. He immediately became combative and verbal abusive towards me. I have never been treated in such a manner by a contractor or anyone in a position where they are supposed to provide customer service. I am not in dispute of the bill, as they obviously did work and provided parts, but rather I am in dispute of my treatment by Gary at Raleigh Plumbing. As the COO of a international corporation I would immediately fire any of my employees if they were to treat a customer is such a manner as Gary did. I want others to know that what Gary at Raleigh Plumbing did is unacceptable and that doing business with Raleigh Plumbing means they too could be subject to such treatment.

I have used raleigh plumbing on several occasions. I put in a tank less hot water heater (which is great!) And also had them put in a new sink and garbage disposal when I got a new kitchen. I compared their prices with everyone and they were very fair.

What shocked me the most is our power went out and I called and asked how I could reset my hot water heater ( 3 years later) and the owner got on the phone to help me. He said he was actually coming to my area later that day and came to my house and showed me what I had done wrong. And didn't charge me! He was a great guy with 3 girls and got his nice shirt dirty and never complained once.

Since this I have recommended them raleigh plumbing to no less than 10 people and have not heard a single complaint. I told them they are like the chick fil a of the plumbing industry.
