This company is a huge rip off. came to check my AC and told us that the AC is 10yrs old (its not even 5yrs) and said that we need to replace the entire unit ($6.000) se we called a diff company and all we needed was a clean up. unit is working perfect. spent $150. do not trust.

DO NOT USE. They are scammers. Please investigate, you will see plenty of cases like mine on line and they are true. Raircon is a scam, they will install faulty equipment to scam you into paying for their services over and over again. I bought an air conditioning unit for my condo at nearly $5000 cost in 2020. less than a year later it stopped cooling. They came and repaired it (to be fair, for free) and admitted it was a faulty installation and the unit was leaking gas. Now a year later I had exactly the same problem again. I called an alternative contractor since I don´t trust Raircon any longer and they confirmed that there was a gas leak on the valves, not anywhere else. They also confirmed that kind of leak is usually intentional, left by the repair service so that the client has to call them every year. I called them to take care of the issue and they refused to come unless I pay them $220 in advance.

I paid Raircon over $6,000 to repair one of my family's condos. Within 9 months, the same AC leak returned and they said it was not their fault. they cleaned out the lines (to be fair for free), but left me with a second ruined ceiling. I asked the tech what should be done, seeing my family owned more units in the building. I wast told to ask for a specific service and he set the price. I emailed with specifics. When they came to our next apartment (mind you, I already spent $6K and had damage from Raircon, so felt I was a good and patient client), the tech was rude and said he would not do all that work, and that the price would be much higher for only a portion of the work. While looking at the job, he caused some minor damage (really no big deal, some dirt and chips). I was still ok and asked that at least would the fix the damage since they refused to do the work. They came back, even more rude, said the damage was there before they got there (mind you, this is a brand new construction home lived in by my elderly mom who does not service Acs!). I gave them every chance to make it right, but they said too bad, write a bad review. SUPER UNPROFESSIONAL. There are much better and cheaper companies to use.

I hired Raircon to install a nest thermostat in my apt. I was able to book a service call right away. The repair guy was very courteous and professional and he spoke English. He arrived on time. He explained and answered our questions on how to use the nest app on our phones. He spent about 2 hrs working in my apt. No complaints. I would hire them again.

Horrible service !!! First none spoke English... my Spanish is very bad so we COULDn't communicate !!! cleaning the AC outlets they have soiled my wall with black marks ... I have to complain in order to let them cleaning that. Also they put back the outlets outside down... how is this possible ??? Icing on the cake : one technician didn't have a special key so he couldn't clean my AC properly ... which excuse is this ??? Like it is my fault ??? Never never never again

Highly recommend NOT using this company. **If I could give zero stars I would** Customer service is horrific. I had an issue with installation of a thermostat and I asked to speak to a supervisor. I was directed to speak with the General Manager, Johnny Barros, and he was downright rude and disrespectful. He had an awful attitude, raised his voice at me, didn't even try to help, constantly cut me off so I could barely voice my concern. He basically had the attitude of """"too bad, that's your problem not mine."""" I can't even comprehend that a GM would treat any client this way. It's a wonder that they are still in business.

This company is AWFUL. Showed up 3 hours late to the appointment, but didn't contact us we had to call 3 times! They then left to get part (after 2 different diagnosis'), and they were supposed to come back right away so I cancelled meetings to be home for them. After 1.5 hours I called again and was rudely told that the guys were here and waited for 20 minutes but we never answered their calls. They didn't call either my husband or I a single time. Now collectively we have 1.5 days off work for this company and our AC isn't fixed. Don't use this company they have no idea what they're doing!!!

Raircon corp handled my air conditioning emergency so well! As soon as someone recommended them to me, I gave them a call and I must say I was impressed by how attentive their customer service is. The next day, the technicians that came to my house were very also very attentive and were able to fix my broken AC within a few hours. Super impressed by the employees of this company, they understand the urgency and then get the job done quickly!
