First visit they fixed my sprinkler head that got run-over and snapped off near driveway.

Today they were to come back and install rain + solar sensor for synching my 9,000 sq.ft. area, needed them to "cap off " the sidewalk soakers to the utility transformers, add some taller sprinkler heads...

But they just missed their appointment window. No phone call 30 min before, and they did send the reminder text to me yesterday (so it was def on their books).

I couldn't have been more pleased with the team of Darrell and Danny! They listened to me (!), and were thorough and professional in assessing my problem, which turned out to be something that they couldn't fix. They then did a careful check of my whole system, fine-tuning a number of sprinkler heads to reach the dryer areas. And "beyond the call of duty", they suggested a method by which I could reduce water usage until the needed repair could be done AND provided me with the name of a company that would do the repair! I'm so grateful, Darrell and Danny!

Darrell was thorough and professional. We had a leak in our sprinkler system that he fixed in no time. Then he went around and adjusted the sprinkler heads and inspected each group to make sure the yard was getting good coverage. He's very personable and informative. I highly recommend him.

Appointment details are sent electronically. Appointment can then be added to your smartphone's calender.
Receive timeous texts if there is a change in arrangments and prior to arrival. No last minute surprises.

Work was completed the same day. Invoice included a detailed breakdown of all work performed, including a final complete system check and an analysis of items that may need attention.

Pricing was very reasonable.
