Had a leak in our sprinkler line. I suspected leaky valve or break in the line somewhere. Called Darrell and he came out within a day. He diagnosed the problem as a small pebble stuck in the diaphragm. It came from some recent construction we had at our house. He took the valve apart, cleaned it out, and reinstalled it. I called Darrell on a Monday around 4pm. I had an issue with my RainBird. I had the original irrigation company who installed the system come out and say I needed to buy a new controller. So I did that, wasn't the problem. In getting no where quick with the other company, I called Darrell based on his rave reviews. Well, he called me back the same Monday around 5pm saying he was in my neighborhood in Leander. He came out 10 minutes later, diagnosed the problem as a bad solenoid in about 30 seconds, and my system was up and working again in no time. RainTree dispatched Darrell to diagnose my low pressure problem and he arrived promptly at the agreed time. He quickly found the issue and attempted to clean and refurbish the valve which had failed. It didn't work so he obtained and installed a new one. After testing the new valve he checked the entire system and adjusted the water pressure to insure good coverage.
