I had the R O system installed by Rainsoft after having my water check at Home Depot about 3 years ago, of course it came back that it was of poor quality, which it really was. I had scheduled an appointment a month in advance for annual service for January 10,2017. Terry, the service technician called me at 930 am and advised me he would be at my residence between 2-4 pm. Terry called me at 3:42 and told me he was running late and wouldn't be able to make it until 5:30 pm. I advised him I took the day off from work and had an appointment at 5:00 pm and that I could no longer wait for him. I expressed my dissatisfaction and called their office. I asked to speak someone in management and was told someone would call me back with my concern. The next day after not hearing from anyone I called their office again and was told Terry was my service technician and also management and that I should speak to him. I reluctantly called him and asked what type of compensation they would afford me being he missed the appointment the day before. Terry told me they would give me a 25.00 credit, which was more insulting than him not showing up the day before. How can my service technician also be my manager? I advised Terry I would use another more REPUTABLE company to be serviced and he quickly advised me that would void my warranty. At this point I don't care if it voids my warranty. I am a man of principle,don't fall for this company like I did. Their customer service is HORRIBLE and I will be reporting them to the Better Business Bureau. Do your research on other REPUTABLE companies. Home Depot should be ashamed to have their company name associated with Rainsoft !
