I cannot say enough great things about Rainman. The owner, Dan, was on point with price, installation and followed up to see if there were any problems, They were great !! Pictures attached. The plants and gardens are doing wonderful -- as you can see.

Dan has been great. He's very straightforward. He has been very accessible and has always taken the time to answer all my questions. We got a new system installed, and I got a good product at a reasonable price. He laid out all of my options and I never felt like I was getting upsold. This was a great experience. This team have been phenomenal this summer. They were recommended to me by my neighbor to look at our irrigation system. They fixed the first issue and were very up front that due to the age of our system it would be likely we would have other leaks and pressure issues. Sure enough we did and each time they were there to address the issue. We then used them for outdoor lighting. I am so happy with this company. Please give them a call when you need either irrigation or decorative outdoor lighting projects.

Called and setup a time to have them give me a quote and everything seemed great. Nathan was going to show up between 8-9 am. I called at 9am asking where he was and he stated he was running late but was sorry and would take 10% off for the hassle. Gave him the benefit of the doubt and selected him for the work. They showed up on time the day the work was scheduled (about a month from quote). About an hour in they had a mechanical brake down of their equipment which I totally understand. Nathan had to leave and get it serviced and I said that's fine call me when you get it repaired. I waited 2 days and called back and asked for an update. He had fixed his machine but was now telling me that had work scheduled the next two weeks and I would have to wait And he wasn't going to push anyone's appointment. Totally unprofessional to push me to the back of the line when I already had an appointment with them first. they can't leave a job and they have to finish when they justify showing up late to you and then also say other customers have appointments they cannot push back their appointments when they haven't finished your job. Can't have it both ways!

We had a broken sprinkler line that we thought we could fix on our own...but it went weeks and we never found the time to do it (a 5 month old baby takes every free minute!). I finally decided to call in a professional and of course I turned to Yelp to help me make my decision. Based on the positive reviews, I gave Rainman a call. They were quick to provide their rates and had great availability...the next day! My work schedule is pretty hectic, so I asked if they could do the work without having someone home. They said that was fine, and that they'd give me a call on their way to my house and if they had any issues. They kept to their word, called on their way and I opened the garage remotely (best investment on the wi-fi garage door opener btw). They fixed the issue and took pictures to document it and tested the system. They even fixed an issue that's been bugging us forever! I'd highly recommend them, as it's tough to find a punctual and knowledgeable company that gets the job done right! Glad I can finally cross this issue off my to-do list!

If you are looking for a professional, trustworthy, knowledgeable, thorough, reasonably priced punctual, installer for your irrigation system, Rainman is the one to call. Mr. Drake and his partners are the real deal. No hidden fees, no cutting corners, no trying to razzle-dazzle you with mumble-speak, no scaremongering, fishing for additional work, no parading their credentials in defense against questions or signs of reservation, no arrogance (yes, I've dealt with all of this in my journey). They do what they say they will do when they say they will do it. Mr. Drake and his team showed up at my house around 7:30am this morning and were gone by 10:45am. They built my system for my current needs with the stubbing for additional growth (I will be totally relandscaping my backyard, removing loathsome shrubbery and trees). They stand behind their work with a lifetime warranty. Who does that anymore? You're doing something if you can get 3 to 5 years these days. Furthermore, if for any reason you have issues and need to reach them, you can call day or night and the number on the service sticker rings Mr. Drake's home. You may wonder why I'm gushing on and on. This has been a two year (three summer) journey between trying to get quoted and toying with doing the job myself (glad I did not do that!). I've been dealing with flakes, no-shows, folks wanting 50% deposits, supposed """"lengthy lead times"""", you name it. I called Mr. Drake after doing what I always do, scouring home repair sites , google, yelp or what have you. I found him on Angie's List, after researching them, I put my info in. Mr. Drake called me the next day on a Saturday . That was two Saturdays ago. This is Thursday July 5, less than two full weeks later. I now have a completely installed and running irrigation system. As long as I have or plan to ever install a system wherever I move, this is going to be my company.

Don and his crew were extremely knowledgeable and professional. You could tell that they have been dealing with irrigation for years. They were able to figure out some standing water issues we were having and came up with a great solution. I would highly recommend! They had a truck full of parts and tools to anticipate any problems that they might come across (broken sprinkle) while visiting customers.

Rainman Irrigation was awesome! They were fast, knowledgeable, extremely nice and professional. I called about my problem and they were out in days NOT weeks! As soon as they arrived they diagnosed the problem and had a solution available. They were hard working and honest and did an amazing job moving the lines and installing the sprinkler heads we needed.
