Rainman Irrigation was awesome! They were fast, knowledgeable, extremely nice and professional. I called about my problem and they were out in days NOT weeks! As soon as they arrived they diagnosed the problem and had a solution available. They were hard working and honest and did an amazing job moving the lines and installing the sprinkler heads we needed. We now have an """"Irrigation Guy"""" in our address book to use in the future and to refer out to friends and family.

These guys were awesome. Friendly, clean, fast, and did an amazing job. Respectful of our dogs and my rose bushes. For sure, would recommend them. Lawn was cleaner than when they got here too. My two dogs loved all of them and would not even take any water or anything. Great choice by my husband!

Jeff and his crew did a great job. The yard looks great due to the coverage. When I got my first estimate it was so good that I decided to expand the project to cover the back yard too. They showed me how to get the best coverage for the least amount of money. Their expertise at designing, installing and setting up the system was great. They have been very good fixing any problems including next day response to fix a line cut by the phone company. I highly recommend them for your system. I have notice some complaints about cost and response. Last summer was a drought, it prompted me to get a system as a lot of other people. They were extremely busy but still gave me an estimate of how long it would take to get to me. Also anyone can go and grab a handful of parts at a hardware store, it take knowledge and experience to design install and repair your system. They are definitely worth the cost.

We had a broken sprinkler line that we thought we could fix on our own...but it went weeks and we never found the time to do it (a 5 month old baby takes every free minute!). I finally decided to call in a professional and of course I turned to Yelp to help me make my decision. Based on the positive reviews, I gave Rainman a call. They were quick to provide their rates and had great availability...the next day! My work schedule is pretty hectic, so I asked if they could do the work without having someone home. They said that was fine, and that they'd give me a call on their way to my house and if they had any issues. They kept to their word, called on their way and I opened the garage remotely (best investment on the wi-fi garage door opener btw). They fixed the issue and took pictures to document it and tested the system. They even fixed an issue that's been bugging us forever! I'd highly recommend them, as it's tough to find a punctual and knowledgeable company that gets the job done right! Glad I can finally cross this issue off my to-do list!

Had to wait 3 weeks for an appointment and he called 3 days prior to confirm I will be there the whole day so I can approve the estimate, they can complete work and get paid. Well they did not show at 10 am so at 11 am I called to see if running late etc. and left voicemail. At noon I text and still no response by 1 pm. No show and no call, disrespectful to say the least and doesn't make sense to me. at 1:30 pm I decide to call from another number and no surprise Don answered, he made lame apologies for having emergency calls however makes no excuse for not letting me know by phone or text that he wasn't coming and then just referred me to a local company that has a 4 week wait time. His arrogance is only minimized by his lack of customer service. I would recommend calling anyone but him.

I called on a Friday night expecting to leave a message and Don answered the phone. I needed our sprinkler system checked because it wasn't turning on and we had not run it in a couple of years. Don told me they were booked but would try to fit us in between appointments on Monday. On Monday morning I called to confirm that they were able to fit us in and he said they were on their way. When they arrived they tried to run our sprinkler from the console and the sprinklers wouldn't turn on. They opened the water meter valve (which had been shut off unbeknownst to us) and water began spewing out from broken PVC pipes and sprinkler heads when we ran through the zones. Some sprinkler heads had been hacked by our gardener and others were covered by grass because of non-use. In less than two hours they had checked and repaired or replaced all the broken sprinkler heads, broken pipe, reset our timer and watered our lawn for the first time in months. Don and Jeff (father and son and also co-owners) work so well together, were so enthusiastic/knowledgeable about their field and so friendly. Their price to do all of this was very reasonable (less than I thought it would be, for sure). Do yourself a favor and have them work on your irrigation problems. Zero stress.

They are totally responsive, honest, and have helped me out in a pinch twice when my irrigation system broke. They know their business through and through and are utterly professional. You could even say they are passionate about irrigation!

I had one of the worst experiences I've ever had with a contractor this morning when Rainbird showed up for my install. The co-owner told me he'd have to charge an extra $300 to bore under my sidewalk. I asked why that wasn't on their original quote when they first came to the property. His response was he didn't do the quote and his other owner did, and since it was several months ago something got """"lost in translation"""" so I would need to pay the $300 in labor or they wouldn't do the job! He also blamed me for changing the job (because they quoted me 3 zones and I decided I only want 1 at the moment) and for not telling them about the sidewalk (even though his partner did the original quote on-site AND I sent them pictures recently when I scheduled the actual install). He blamed the """"lost in translation"""" on me (when it was between the 2 owners) instead of simply apologizing for the confusion. Had he done that professionally and kindly I would have probably just gone with it. I even offered to split the difference for the confusion but he refused. Instead he just said """"forget it we're out of here"""" and then left! I've used MANY contractors over the past 15+ years in this house for so many different types of projects. This was certainly one of the most unprofessional and non-customer friendly experience I've ever had. I would absolutely not recommend this company to anyone.

Great crew. Reliable and efficient. They are a 2 men crew and perform their jobs themself so you know exactly what you are getting. They scheduled me a week out from the date I called to come check a problem I had with the automated sprinklers. We were the first appointment of the day, they were there 30 mns early and not only were able to diagnose the problem but they got right to work and fixed it. Quoted me on further irrigation project and also a deck lighting project. They give you a feeling of being competent and serious. I will keep using them and will recommend them around

I cannot say enough great things about Rainman. The owner, Dan, was on point with price, installation and followed up to see if there were any problems, They were great !! Pictures attached. The plants and gardens are doing wonderful -- as you can see.
