Our water heater was going out and from the very start with this company their customer service was excellent! The girls in the office got us in right away and got our water heater ordered and Liam got it in and got us taken care of, Even came back when part of the original gas hook up failed from the house. Everyone was helpful, considerate and friendly. I would highly recommend them :)

Lehman from Rainier View came today to service our tankless water heater it had not been done as it should be. He was professional and knowledgeable he also replaced our faucet because it was not performing well I chose a high one and I love it. Will definitely use Rainer View again for routine maintenance and any other issue going forward.

We live on Anderson Island and their service fee to the ferry access only islands was very reasonable and well earned. The service was very thorough and professional. Tim was extremely respectful of our modest home and kept everything very clean.

These service Techs were amazing.

They drove on a Friday from Seattle to Puyallup and arrive after hours to resolve my sewer line blockage.

They were efficient in clearing the blockage. What a big relief to have my toilets running properly.

Moved into a new (to us) house, Our sink had been backing up, finally got to the point where it was clogged in the morning, disposal was coming out the other side, We didn't know how bad the problem was. So I got a referral from a coworker, called Rainier and they were so nice! Listened to my problem, and had a tech out right away. Eric Called right when they said he would, have me an eta, came and was amazing. Complete professional, gave us options and recommendations on longevity and price.
Fixed our problem and was on his way.
We would recommend Eric Glover to anyone. Great service. Great knowledge. Well def use again.

I had a warranty repair and I was expecting resistance but what I got was a dedication for customer service. I'm still in awe of how well Austin and John represent their company. Spoke with Nicole and Crystal at the office and they were the first clue that their operation is head and shoulders above the rest. And yes, they did quality work too, many thanks!

We have called Rainier View a couple different times and they have always been quick to respond and great to work with! Devin came in a moments notice this time to fix a busted hose bib pipe and did a fantastic job in a very timely manner! I can't recommend these guys enough!

I received a $200 bill for 15 minutes of work - which is a full hourly charge of $189 + tax. Here's my story.

I had an appointment with Rainier View for a one year warranty claim on work they completed while building my home. The appointment was scheduled by (the super friendly) Sherry who was able to schedule around another appointment I had the same day at 10:30.

The day of the appointment, I was in the shower when the plumber called to see if I was home as he had an appointment. (it was 7:45 am) I was out of the shower and outside talking to the contractors who were now both there and that I just needed a couple minutes to put the dog away and pick up anything in the bathroom.

at 8:02 am I walked outside and contacted the two contractors. I let them know I hadn't been expecting them until 10:30, was apologetic for not having been ready, but was glad they were there early.

The plumber began our meeting by telling me it wasn't possible for me to have a specific appointment as they always have a four hour window. I ignored this as it wasn't the point. I kept telling them I was glad they were there.

I began to go over quickly what each issue was and showed them to their respective places in my home. I told the plumber that I had been having issues with my master bath not draining correctly and was concerned about construction debris being a culprit. I also mentioned that when I moved in there was a large amount of glue left around the drain which I needed to peel off, and was concerned there might be more in the pipe. He agreed and said construction debris is common, and that the glue is usually supposed to be cleaned up by another person. He would look. I left the bathroom to go in another room and answer some questions of the trim contractor.

I went back to check on the plumber a maximum of 5 minutes later. I asked him how it was going. He lifted the toilet lid and pointed to a clump of hair in the toilet which he had pulled from the drain. Then looked at me and said ""Its draining fine now"" to which I replied ""its been draining fine because I just used drano on it for the second time since living here for a year. How could that little amount of hair stop up my drain in such a short period of time to where I'm standing in ankle deep water?""

His response ""Who told you to use drano?!""

I kept telling him there was no way this was the reason for the clog, but he had clearly made up his mind and was not going to do any further assessments. I left the bathroom to go check on the other contractor and while I was talking to him, the plumber left.

He was in my home for no more than 15 mins.

Because a hair clog is not covered under my warranty, he also sent me a bill for $200.

I was not able to choose my plumber, but based on the experience I had with this company I will NEVER use them again. I also need to pay another plumber to come in and check to see if there is construction debris or a belly or some other issue with the drain in my batheoom so that I can have it taken care of if that is an issue.

Based on this 10-15 minute experience with this one plumber who charged me for a full hour of work to basically condescend to me that because I have hair, that's the reason my drain is clogged is unprofessional at best.

I would hope that I am an exception to this kind of experience with Rainier View, but would proceed with extreme caution if choosing this company.

I had an excellent experience with Rainier View Rooter this weekend. I was in urgent need of assistance to repair a problem with our grinder pump. This problem prevented my elderly in-laws from using the restroom (big problem). Representatives from Rainier acknowledged the urgency and deployed their specialist Devon T. Devon was already on another project but made time to throughly review and repair our pump. Exceptional customer service and clean up after job was done 5 Stars!
