Moved into our new home and wanted to have Bidet toilets installed. Joey and Quentin were awesome and were very friendly, professional and very knowledgeable of their craft!! Highly recommended and will definitely use them for future projects if needed!

Plumber was very prompt, got here really soon after calling.. Quality of work was very good, greatful he was able to get here & do the work to get my water running again. I was mostly afraid of how I was going to pay the bill, but it turned out to be very affordable. I would not hesitate to call for his service again should I need it

My husband wrote a Google review 3 years ago about our tankless heater install by this company he tagged it with ""think of the potential""... Oh to think of potential to get railed by a company like we did...
Imagine my face when in 3 years I had to shell out over $20k for hot water because we trusted the wrong company.

We tried contacting them a couple of times since the tankless system was installed because for 3 years it did not work properly, almost seemingly from the start. The tankless was under a warranty and they wouldn't agree to do any repair work. So when the tankless stopped heating completely I had to call around. 6 plumbing quotes later and 5 different plumbers saying they would not touch the system installed by Rainier unless it was a full reinstall. We ending with having it replaced completely by another company. For another $10k in LESS THAN 5 years! All because we got worked over by a local business. Guess that's what we get for trying to support smaller first. Lesson learned, I'll keep calling the big company if I need more plumbing work done.

I cannot express how pleased I am after our experiences with Christian. I have no doubt he will be the first person I call the next time I require a plumber.

He replaced a water heater for us in our home yesterday.

- He was incredibly respectful and kind in all of our interactions... not only to myself, but also to my children and my dog.
- He took the time to do research and expand his own knowledge when presented with a question about ""new"" water heater technology.
- He was honest and up-front about our options during the quote process and the long-term value they would give us.
- His quotes stayed within our budget. There was not attempt to up-sell.
- He is communicative and effective in his communication.
- He never used any high-pressure sales tactics on us.

I highly recommend this company if all of their employees are like Christian.

We had a leaking garbage disposal. Tim came on time for the appointment. We needed a new disposal which I figured was the case after 9 years. He had a disappear on hand and was able to install and test it quickly. Very professional. Thanks.

Tim came out to install a new faucet and descale my tankless hot water heater. Scheduling with the office was quick and they responded within 1 day of my online request. He came out on time and communicated well prior to arriving. He was friendly, explained things well, and was efficient. Would use them again for my plumbing needs.

Here is all I can say: $300/hour to work on a jammed garbage disposal they installed in our new house is out of line. I would agree that disposals do jam, but they can also be cleared by hand or with the Allen wrench tool provided if it is not a problem with the product itself -and that is a warranty issue.

Our water heater was going out and from the very start with this company their customer service was excellent! The girls in the office got us in right away and got our water heater ordered and Liam got it in and got us taken care of, Even came back when part of the original gas hook up failed from the house. Everyone was helpful, considerate and friendly. I would highly recommend them :)

Lehman from Rainier View came today to service our tankless water heater it had not been done as it should be. He was professional and knowledgeable he also replaced our faucet because it was not performing well I chose a high one and I love it. Will definitely use Rainer View again for routine maintenance and any other issue going forward.

HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. Rainier View, specifically Tim our service rep, was super professional and conscientious. Tim went over & above to listen to and address our needs. We live on Anderson Island and their service fee to the ferry access only islands was very reasonable and well earned. The service was very thorough and professional. Tim was extremely respectful of our modest home and kept everything very clean.
