He arrived promptly, was super nice, and everything was taken care of pretty quickly.

After a handyman botched an 'included' installation of a garbage disposal, I contacted Rainey Plumbing.

Josh responded quickly and helped figure out the issue. He correctly installed the garbage disposal and helped troubleshoot and replace damaged plumbing (damaged by the other party) on his second visit. Both visits were professional and were scheduled quickly.

Josh also gave an itemized receipt which was crucial for being reimbursed for the initial damage.

I cannot express how happy Josh has made me. He is very professional, has excellent work ethics, great customer service skills, listens to your plumbing issues and concerns, has the right equipment, and is very knowledgeable about plumbing. I had a really bad mainline clog in my basement where my toilet and tub were clogged. Josh resolved a 6-month plumbing problem that was never resolved by 2 other plumbers. One of those plumbers works for Len The Plumber plumbing company. I was told many different things from these plumbers that were not correct after having my plumbing issues serviced by Josh. His prices are very good. I highly recommend him and I am happy to have him as my plumber.
