I had a toilet flange replaced. Parts: 1 foot of 3"" PVC Pipe, 90deg elbow, a fernco clamp, and glue. $360 for those parts. You can't tell me those parts even with REASONABLE up charge is that much. Even if you count the useage of a hammer drill, and 4 anchor bolts, STILL doesn't come out to 360$. Don't recommend, don't use this company. They will steal your money right out from underneath you.

Total bill over $660. Do not use. Never again.

This was worst company I have ever had come to my house they have very lazy workers and as I no plumbing is not a clean job the young guy that came to my house looked like he has not shaved in 3years are bathed the more question I asked the more he would beat around the bush they really need to look into there workers as they should not walk in people homes looking like that and they find older people and try to take them for every dollar

I was very satisfied with the service I received from Raine and Son. My hot water heater stopped working on a Friday morning, I called around 10 and by 1:30 the Technician Jason was on site. He was polite and professional, diagnosed a mixing valve problem, and replaced it without difficulty in a very cramped closet space. Hot water restored same day! The ladies that answered the phone were also courteous and informative. It took them a couple of days to email me my invoice, but that is a very minor detail overall. I would recommend them to a friend or neighbor.

DONT NOT USE THEM! Unless you want to waste your hard earn money and they did not come prepared with necessary equipment and still not fixed. Wanting outrageous money to come back just to see what could still be wrong after already overcharging me. YOU WILL BE SORRY. And they were late arriving.

Ran don't walk if you see Raine and Son coming. The plumbers are all very nice guys but the people who run it are not at all knowable. The person who runs the contract divison, Bear, knows nothing about what he's doing. And I don't know who orders the parts but they couldn't seem to get it right. They had to come back a few times to fix a simple leak.
I hear that the one person who knows what he is doing is no longer working there. I will NEVER call Raine and Son again. Would have given them no stars. It was that bad.

STAY AWAY from Raine & Son, LLC. We were recommended this company through a mutual friend. The plumber was at our house for 7 hours and while he was very nice his finishing touches were horrible. He tightened the bolts too much and cracked the toilet. He never cut the bolts that hold the toilet down. Additionally, the caulking job was awful and now the toilet is wobbly. My 3 year old could have done a better caulking job. I had to call them back to cut the bolts and add protective caps. I wish I had called regarding the other issues sooner because when I called the service department they said there was nothing they can do because it was past 30 days of the service date. We paid $847.00 for this job and needless to say we will NEVER use them again!!!
