They were booked, but told me they'd call the next day and let me know if they could be at my house the next evening or the day after. They actually called that next morning and arrived within 15 minutes after calling. The team showed up, hooked up my dishwasher, garbage disposal and gas line to my new fireplace log set in just 3 hours. We were very pleased with the cleanliness that the areas were left and the time it took to complete the job. Very efficient workers and a job well done for a fair price. Recently had them replace my hot water heater. Showed up for the appointment right on time. Professional. A little over an hour and job was done. job well done

I do not recommend Rainbow plumbing. I hired them to fix my gas line and the job was only half completed. When I called to confront the company about the issue and try to schedule a second appointment, I got told I need to wait til Monday to talk to Bill. I told them I did not want to talk to Bill on Monday and I wanted to go ahead and just schedule the appointment, that I was on a deadline and needed it done ASAP. They did not want to hear that. I ended up getting yelled at and then hung up on because I yelled at her back. I imidiately called back and told them that I was very unhappy with the way I was treated when all I wanted to do was get an appointment scheduled, after I told them what I needed to say they did not say anything to me, they just sat there. I then hung up and tried to call back and could not get an answer. I had someone else call for me and Rainbow is now refusing to work with me. I am still without gas to my house and currently looking for a new plumber to finish the job, but the behavior of this company is highly unacceptable. I guess Kelly believes that because she is Bill's daughter, she can talk to customers however she wants, but yet they have to show her respect. I am very disappointed in their work and their customer service, I do not reccomend.
