I called Rainbow at 7pm with an emergency plumbing issue. Larry had the job done and taken care of by 9pm. He was able to diagnose the problem on the phone with me and offered to have it done next day. I explained that I was leaving for a trip the next morning and was hoping to have it done ASAP. He said he would be at my house in 90 mins. Impeccable service. He also took the time to educate me about my house and water lines even though it was after hours! Highly recommend. Fast, courteous, and will be who I reach out to in the future.

Larry washington came highly recommended by a retired electrician neighbor. He said larry is the only plumber he would use.
We used him for a complicated leak and he figured it out. So when we had a sewage backup that was deep in the system we knew who to call. He didnt dissapoint. He work really hard and had to remove the toilet, clean the line & clear the tub. No job seems too big or tricky for him. We highly recommend him.

Larry is extremely knowledgeable, hard-working and courteous. We had an issue with a bathtub leak and other plumbers said the cartridge ""couldn't be replaced"" and wanted to do a more expensive replacement of the valve. This was an old fixture, with no visible brand name, that required a specific cartridge to be replaced. Larry did the research and extra work necessary to save us a lot of money. We are very happy with the result and with his honesty and professionalism.

Had to leave one star to leave a comment, but would not have even left that! They came out and did not do the job they said they would. Scammed me for an over priced job and left. Out over $500 and not a drop of hot water. Called within 5 hours of the ""supposed"" job being completed and not one return call since! It's been 3 days of them avoiding my calls to come back and finish the job OR give me my money back- taking legal action at this point. Can't even find them on BBB...don't get scammed

I had a really great experience with Larry from Rainbow! My tankless heating system was not working correctly, and he was able to come and help me suss out the issues I needed to correct. He had all the materials needed for my system on his truck, which was refreshing that he didn't have to make the dreaded parts run, thereby jacking up the price and time, and took care of replacing an overflow/pressure valve right away; he also routed a new hot water connection to my washer in no time flat! I highly recommend Larry -- he's prompt, professional, personable and no ""fast-talking,"" he doesn't try to sell you stuff you don't need. That being said, when I am ready to put the whole-house water filter in, I am calling Rainbow!

I am a big fan of the work done by this company and Larry, the owner, is very diligent about his work. He is not afraid of answering questions and will give as much time as is necessary. He responded very quickly last year when our water heater cracked on the very morning we were to go on vacation. While he wasn't able to come out to see it and frankly we didn't have the time to wait he was able to give tips on what to do to ""fix"" the issue until we were back. I will say that I was taken aback by his quote at first until I realized that he wasn't out of range and in fact we heard worse quotes.
Fast forward, he saved our butts again on a renovation that didn't go as planned and didn't pass inspection. So we called in Larry and after investigations, he knew exactly what was lacking and what needed to be done. When it was done, I felt confident that it had been done correctly.
I would have like to give given 4.5 stars, but it appears that is not an option. My only issue is that I like to make my appointments by phone and you need to make it online. I only check my emails once daily and so I can easily miss an email telling me about availability to assess the issue or do the work. This is what happened last time and it delayed the scheduling of the work. I am sure this issue wouldn't bother many other people.

I highly regret choosing this company for my plumbing needs. Due to price negotiations being left in the hands of my elderly father, I had - by proxy - agreed to a quote wherein I was being charged for $200/hr labor, which was somehow justified by a 26-mile traveling expense (even though I and the company are both located in North Brunswick).

The quality of service was awful as well. I had called for seemingly routine fixes for a sink leak and toilet malfunction. The plumber was halfway out the door before I noticed the sink problem was still having issues... do they have any Quality Control or integrity? The toilet was malfunctioning a week later, but at least they stopped in free-of-charge to fix that.

I love the company and especially the owner Larry. I called in the middle of a Friday night because my water heater was leaking through a vent and light fixture all over the place. He talked me down off the ledge, and replaced my water heater LESS than the original quote (turns out that I had a part that he thought he'd need to install). Pleasant, clean and did the job until he was happy with it. He didn't just ""get it over with"". He has a customer for life!
