Like any person should do is look for reviews. I searched for reviews also. only I go further and check with local customers personally and have one and one conversions for proof and visual views. In the past I used to write negative reviews for jobs which is ok but if something positive happens that also should be put in and think why the negative was about that caused it. Example staff short, key employee called out etc. Well the service ,quality and determination to complete job on schedule and follow up we received was OUTSTANDING. Word spread fast in our new development by DR Horton how Rainbow Irrigation unique customer service skills and experience worked out well that 10 of our neighbors followed our lead. They made multiple visits and never fixed the problem. Once they were paid there was no getting them to come back to finish fixing the problem. Full of promises, but didn't show up. I won't be using them again

Although they gave a good price and did a good job with the installation, I gave them a one star because their service after installation is horrible. I have called numerous times and spoke to the owner three times and still no response from any regarding my request. Not service oriented at all.

The final product was ok and at a reasonable price, but we were mis-scheduled twice. This man operates kinda wild and free with little written down. He has great word of mouth reviews, so we went with him. If you use him, I recommend gaining clarity of start dates and communicate frequently to insure they understand your objectives. We were at least a week later than originally scheduled.

Rainbow Irrigation just left my house after doing some changes to our system. They added coverage for our recently added planting beds. They added several heads, changes location of several heads and changed the type of heads on several existing locations. All this work resulted in complete coverage of our lawns and planting ares where we did have many areas that just were not getting any or enough water. When it came time to pay for all this work , they changed the quoted price. It was actually several hundred dollars LESS than what they had quoted. Additionally, they warrantied the work and coverage for one year. I am very pleased and can highly recommend Rainbow for service or installation of any irrigation projects.
