I contacted several Heating and Air Conditioning companies for estimates to move my AC unit from the rear of my house to the west side. I called Rain or Shine and Carlos arrived and estimated the job saving me a few hundred dollars from the competitors. Carlos came out and did an excellent job moving the AC unit.

On March 16th, 2015, I contacted Carlos to advise there was a problem with the unit. Carlos came out within a couple days and checked the equipment. Carlos found the problem and fixed it. He didn't even charge me! He did notify me a line was damaged by another contruction crew I had working on my backyard. Instead of arguing about it, Carlos didn't hesitate to fix the problem.

Carlos from Rain or Shine Heating, Cooling and Plumbing is the most dedicated guy I've ever used to service my rental properties! And with 18 rental units, I've used quite a few people before. I had a bad leak in one of my rental properties and my property manager called Carlos to help stop the leak before the flooding get any worse. Carlos not only showed up quickly to stop the leak, he also went out of his way to recommend a restoration company, help coordinate the effort with the restoration effort, worked with them to make sure the the site was ready for the insurance adjuster, guided me on how to deal with the insurance company and what to tell them to make sure they pay for the damage, and helped me find another handyman that can do the restoration at a good price once the insurance adjuster visited the site. I had a bad experience with the insurance company last time where they blamed the whole leak on me and didn't pay a penny; this time, I followed Carlos' advice and the whole experience with the insurance company went without a hitch! They're actually paying for the whole thing without much push-back! I'll definitely use Carlos for all future heating, cooling and plumbing jobs!

during our recent heat spell,our 20yr+ airconditioning went on the blink.. i called rain or shine and beto came out the same morning, he was very professional and explained things in a laymans terms. he had to order special parts from the manufacturor due to the units age. but returned the fo
llowing morning with parts in hand and, our air was soon on with the outside temp at 105. needless to say with the crazy weather pattern, two weeks later with a drop in temperture we had a need for heat. no heat. i called rain or shine and beto came right out.due to the units age ,an addition had been made to the new power board. beto quickly recognized the problem and the heat was on ! beto was very friendly but professional ,having been in construction most of my adult life i was pleased with the pricing
and was particularly impressed with beto. i can highly recommend rain or shine.

I needed a complete change out of my HVAC system including the ductwork. After comparing prices with 3 companies, including one big-name store with incentives and rebates, Rain or Shine beat their prices by a few thousand dollars for a quality system. Beto and his crew were considerate, respectful and helpful. They got the complete job done in one day, and the system has been working great. Months later on a hot Saturday, the air conditioner stopped. Beto made time to get over and check on the problem the same day. It turns out the filter was clogged (and I thought I changed the filter often enough, but it was really dirty), which froze the system. All that was needed was a new filter. Beto did not even charge for a service call.

I also had Rain and Shine change out my hot water heater, and do a HVAC tune up and cleaning service for my other house. Again, they gave better prices than the big store and a local small business. The work was done efficiently, and courteously.

I am happy to have found a heating, cooling, and plumbing company that I can count on to be fair, friendly, honest and thorough. I will continue to use Rain and Shine.

Needed our AC serviced before the summer heat hit us. Called them Monday morning looking to set something up later in the day, or later in the week. Asked me to call back when I got off work and so I did. Called at about 2:15 and was able to get a technician out to our house about 45 minutes later.

Said everything was working just fine, only thing he noticed was the amperage was high as it started up and began to run, recommended a booster for it. We went ahead with it, also got a quote on a new digital thermostat installation which we'll be doing at another time.

Beto was very friendly, informative and answered all our questions. would definitely recommend them to our friends, neighbors and anyone else looking to have a service done on the AC unit. We try to keep our business local and I'm very glad I found these guys.
