I tried Paul because of his great reviews. His wife answered and was very pleasant and squeezed me in the next day. Paul arrived on time and was really easy to work with. He serviced my hot water heater and also educated me on its age and condition. He also went the extra mile and snaked an outside drainout pipe at no cost which was very cool. Seemed like a very genuine honest guy that I would definitely call again if the need arises.

Great experience! Was very professional and honest about what was needed. I was having problems with toilet and bathtub plumbing. Made necessary repairs and recommended that I get a new toilet without any pressure tactics. I informed him that I was not able to afford it at the time but he gave me 90 day quote. Who does that? He did! I really don't like someone pressuring me and he did not. Great service, affordable prices and personable. What more could you want? He is now my plumber.

Incredible experience and very reasonable. Replaced two washing machine faucets that were in need of repair. We also upgraded a laundry utility tub faucet as well which required some finesse to get installed. Paul was very careful about needed cuts into our drywall and advised us what the end result would look like prior to starting. Very very pleased and without question will call him again if we need future work.

I called Rahn because of the star rating. I got the wife who called her husband on the job. He said he couldn't do it till next week, but he'd call me Sat morning between 9 and 11. He didn't. I called his wife at 2 pm and left message asking if he was going to take the job. No reply. I have the camper toilet but cant empty the holding tanks to the septic once they're full, and a half bath in the rear trailer whose 4 in sewer pipe travels separately to the septic tank. My wife's mother with Alzheimer's turned 89 this weekend is using a hospital bed pan chair we had in storage. My wife and I are disabled. I just turned 75 and have had several back and neck fusions, several shoulder repairs, the last injury with a total replacement, several hand surgeries, etc. I worked for Verizon as a repairman for 34 years. I can build you a house with my skills. I've owned huge Victorian homes and know my plumbing. But I trouble shot this sewer problem and swallowed my pride and called for help. I had to do it myself. I dug and followed the line from the house to the septic tank, through 3 inches of soil and another 8 inches of lime rock. It took me all of Sunday with some rest brakes. I found the damaged , clogged elbow in the run. I finished this afternoon, now I have to fill the trench, take my pain medication and muscle relaxers and call it a day. Not even a courtesy call to say he didn't want the job. As an aging American citizen and a U.S Navy Veteran I am offended. I've never taken disrespect from anyone and I sure as hell am not in the market to take disrespect from this business.

After reading other reviews, used Rahn Plumbing to fix plumbing issues with a home I had just purchased. Paul was awesome, showed up on time, was personable, and fixed all issues for a reasonable price. Since that day, I have another issue pop up and Paul came right out and fixed it too. His wife, Robin, is his scheduler and they are both super nice and accommodating. I highly recommend them for plumbing needs.

Paul and his office was very professional and quick to respond to what was potentially a really stressful situation for my parent's home . We had a busy schedule and he was able to work around it and got our brand new water heater installed quickly. His detailed estimate suggested the work he was going to go and he did exactly what he said he would! Didn't bother shopping around with his great service and responsiveness to questions. I requested a quote through Yelp for a possible clogged main line. Paul responded within the hour and was at our house the same afternoon. We decided to snake the line. As we have been wanting to replace the toilet as well, we scheduled a time 2 days later for both jobs to occur. I highly recommend Paul! I highly recommend this plumbing company! Paul was very friendly and knowledgeable and allowed us to ask him a million questions while he was fixing our water heater. The fix was very simple, but before we knew that he said he was willing to try to extend the life of our 20+ year old water heater until our kitchen remodel. I will definitely be using Paul and his company for our future remodel and replacing our water heater.

Had some issues with the water softener so I called and Paul came out a few hours later. Within a short time he had it back up and running with some tips to avoid the issue in the future and I paid way less than I thought (which was also accurately quoted to me on the phone!) Definitely beyond my expectations and I'll be calling them again for any plumbing issues I have down the road.

They were an time and fixed the problem. Did exactly what we hired them to do. We had a stopped up toilet on Sunday evening. Requested service and scheduled on Sunday. They were there 1st thing Monday morning.
