Had some issues with the water softener so I called and Paul came out a few hours later. Within a short time he had it back up and running with some tips to avoid the issue in the future and I paid way less than I thought (which was also accurately quoted to me on the phone!) Definitely beyond my expectations and I'll be calling them again for any plumbing issues I have down the road.

Paul was super responsive and came out same day. His trip charge was more than reasonable and fixed my plumbing issue. I had a problem with my water softener and he resolved in a matter of minutes. Our bathroom drain pipe began leaking...on a Sunday afternoon no less! I called Rahn Plumbing at 8:30 AM Monday. I found Rahn Plumbing on Google. They gave me a 2 hour window and he arrived within that time frame. Boy, was I happy to see Paul Rahn's smiling face. He found the problem and corrected it. He was knowledgeable, efficient, friendly and his rates were reasonable. I would highly recommend Rahn Plumbing.

Incredible experience and very reasonable. Replaced two washing machine faucets that were in need of repair. We also upgraded a laundry utility tub faucet as well which required some finesse to get installed. Paul was very careful about needed cuts into our drywall and advised us what the end result would look like prior to starting. Very very pleased and without question will call him again if we need future work.

I called Rahn because of the star rating. I got the wife who called her husband on the job. He said he couldn't do it till next week, but he'd call me Sat morning between 9 and 11. He didn't. I called his wife at 2 pm and left message asking if he was going to take the job. No reply. I have the camper toilet but cant empty the holding tanks to the septic once they're full, and a half bath in the rear trailer whose 4 in sewer pipe travels separately to the septic tank. My wife's mother with Alzheimer's turned 89 this weekend is using a hospital bed pan chair we had in storage. My wife and I are disabled. I just turned 75 and have had several back and neck fusions, several shoulder repairs, the last injury with a total replacement, several hand surgeries, etc. I worked for Verizon as a repairman for 34 years. I can build you a house with my skills. I've owned huge Victorian homes and know my plumbing. But I trouble shot this sewer problem and swallowed my pride and called for help. I had to do it myself. I dug and followed the line from the house to the septic tank, through 3 inches of soil and another 8 inches of lime rock. It took me all of Sunday with some rest brakes. I found the damaged , clogged elbow in the run. I finished this afternoon, now I have to fill the trench, take my pain medication and muscle relaxers and call it a day. Not even a courtesy call to say he didn't want the job. As an aging American citizen and a U.S Navy Veteran I am offended. I've never taken disrespect from anyone and I sure as hell am not in the market to take disrespect from this business.

I called at a little before noon and Paul was at my house by 1. My water heater was on its last gasp and was starting to leak. Paul quickly started evacuating the water from the tank, then installed a new water heater. By 4 pm, the crisis had been averted. The price charged was quite fair, considering how many times lately I have had sticker shock over the cost of everything. Paul was very pleasant, befriended my dog, and did a great job. I highly recommend Rahn Plumbing!

I tried Paul because of his great reviews. His wife answered and was very pleasant and squeezed me in the next day. Paul arrived on time and was really easy to work with. He serviced my hot water heater and also educated me on its age and condition. He also went the extra mile and snaked an outside drainout pipe at no cost which was very cool. Seemed like a very genuine honest guy that I would definitely call again if the need arises.

Rahn was just out to help us with an old leaky toilet and a rusted faucet. It's evident he cares about his job.First impression he was very nice. He took a look over the two jobs, provided a great value and quickly got to work. Even provided a discount for having more than one job.m. Efficient and cleaned up after himself.
