Having spent 19 years in plumbing, I’ve experienced different companies and consistently noticed one thing. Customers often fall through the cracks, forgotten and overlooked. This is the reason we established Ragusa Rooter. Being a small business owner, I depend on you as much as you depend on me. Your family's well-being enables me to protect my own family. We ensure our customers are prioritized, remembered, and treated fairly.

I am a husband and father of seven, yes, seven! I’ve been in this field for 19 years since my first child was on the way. I began with a major contractor, working for those well-known companies you hear on the radio and also your local small plumber. I’ve gained insights on what to do in business and, more importantly, what to steer clear of. Our ultimate aim is customer satisfaction.
