Having spent 19 years in plumbing, I’ve experienced different companies and consistently noticed one thing. Customers often fall through the cracks, forgotten and overlooked. This is the reason we established Ragusa Rooter. Being a small business owner, I depend on you as much as you depend on me. Your family's well-being enables me to protect my own family. We ensure our customers are prioritized, remembered, and treated fairly.

I’m a husband and the father of seven children, yes, seven! I’ve been in this field for 19 years since my first child was on the way. Starting with a large contractor, I’ve worked for those big names you hear on the radio and your local mom-and-pop plumber. I’ve gained insights on what to do in business and, more importantly, what to steer clear of. We strive for customer satisfaction as our foremost objective.
