I cannot say enough good things about this company. I hired them for a plumbing problem over a year ago but was so impressed with them that when I need a HVAC service I called them for that. I needed some major install/repair work done. It required a few visits (survey problem, send repair guy, come back to check on things) and each and every time they were exactly on time, communicated before arriving, were professional and experienced and I really felt like I was in great hands. No way am I ever calling any one else for plumbing or HVAC. They have my business for life

We've been long-term customers of Ragsdale on the HVAC side. They provide standard yearly HVAC maintenance and have been onsite twice for emergency repairs. During all interactions they are professional, genuine and do a great job explaining what they are doing. Today we had the pleasure of having Chris come out to make some final connections on our generator (in preparation for Irma). Chris was the consummate professional. He showed up quicker than anticipated, was efficient with his time and did a great job explaining how he set our system up. We continue to trust Ragsdale for all of our HVAC, Electric and Plumbing needs!

I wrote a check for 4k for services and gave it to the technician when work was completed. It took several weeks for my check to be deposited, and in the meantime, several fraudulent checks posted to my account. It was ironic the checks were close to the amount of my payment. Seemed like a inside job. I will never give a technician a check again. It wasn't a great experience.

I recently requested a Ragsdale plumber to come to my home and give me an estimate to replace one outside faucet that was leaking. The plumber who came to my home quoted me $600.00. SIX HUNDRED DOLLARS. I asked him to repeat that quote and he, again, told me it would be six hundred dollars, but that would include an upgraded faucet, piping, various and sundry other supplies, and a 2-year warranty. I asked him if the faucet was made of gold. I also told him that all I wanted was a basic, (cheapest), faucet available, no piping, no warranty, and that the absolute top price that I was willing to spend would be $200-$250. He had to check with his """"home office."""" After doing so, he said his company could not possibly come anywhere near what I was willing to spend. I told the plumber that $600.00 was out of the question and thanked him for his time. I have never left a poor review on Yelp before...never. However, this outlandish estimate for something so basic and simple has me so flabbergasted that I'm compelled to give them a terrible review. Hopefully, some inexperienced potential customers will not fall for this horrible business practice and end up spending many times more than they should. I will also be sure to let anyone/everyone I encounter know about this so that they do not consider using Ragsdale. Incidentally, since my encounter with Ragsdale, I have had the outside faucet replaced by another plumbing company...for $175.00! Ken ([email protected])

Installation of my new HVAC unit was performed unsatisfactory... a leak was found on loose gas piping, unit was installed under the house for ease of Installers instead of old unit location. No response from management for resolution. Unit and ductwork required repair within 6 months of install. Shame on Home Depot for promoting this company. Friendly Techs and Dispatchers don't compensate for poor craftsmanship and negligent management.

Excellent plumbing service. We had a pipe burst in our front yard. The service man James arrived on time and quickly identified the problem and explained it to me. He repaired the problem quickly and for a reasonable cost.
