This numbskull told me I needed a camera inserted to clear my line, because he couldn't do it, well I refused to go further because of his incompetence.
I got a guy to come out and he hydro jetTed it with water and cleared my line, plus he ran a camera through and saw no root obstructions.

That Rafeal dude is a 24yr experienced plumber by title only, because he obviously missed something when he was learning the trade.
I wouldn't recommend him to my worst hater, or enemies and that's saying a lot, about how disappointed I am in paying that nut for work that wasn't performed, to the expectations of a so called 24yr experienced plumber!

Not recommended- Not Reliable and rude. This business owner is unprofessional and rude. He agreed to come and do work on the morning of 5/20/20 to help with some repairs that was estimated for over $1,000. After not hearing from him by 10 am, I reached out and he said he would not be coming. I asked why he didn't give me notice since I had to arrange for someone to be home. After exchanging a few messages, he said he would come on Saturday but never apologized for the inconvenience or his failure to give me notice that he wasn't coming. He then proceeded to call my husband and Basically curse him out because of my complaints. He should not be trusted and he's not reliable, which is evident with the other complaints about him.

I usually don't bother to write any type of complaint because I have no time but I'm making the time to warn others and prevent this from happening to someone else. I used his services for years and years but only to remove tree roots from the main line. I had plumbing issues with my downstairs bathroom and so I thought of asking him for a quote to address it. He then said he also does tile work and can renovate my bathroom without a problem. He even showed me pictures of other work he had done. He said he would be done in 4 days and that turned into 6 days to in the end lose my shower head, not be able to place my frameless door back on, chipped my new bathroom sink, have a shower head leak, have bad tile work with broken and uneven tile, hit a small pipe that busted open and threw him into a panic that involved yelling and swearing about this job, and broke a planter that is no big deal but it is when they tried to fix it and hide the fact that it was broken like a child. While he worked I didn't notice any of these issues because he was still working and I trusted his work. Once he was close to being done, I mentioned these issues to him and send him pictures of the issues so we can discuss them but instead he chose to not return and complete my job like a non professional would do and have the nerve to say he was bothered with my messages. Wow! Luckily I didn't pay my balance so I can use it to finish fixing my bathroom and also because his work is not worth what I would have paid him so in the end I thank God that he decided not to return. He lost a customer and other possible customers. Couple of years back I referred him to Maria D who gave him 5 stars on here so I'm glad she at least didn't go through what I did. PLEASE BEWARE!!!

Father contacted him and he said he would go the next day at 2pm. 2pm came and no show, dad called him and he said he would come in a bit...long story short, after 6 hours of waiting and getting a ""I will be there soon"" he never never showed and stopped answering calls.

I'm a 86 year old senior contact him to Rafin plumbing and I got the run around , this was back on 03/20/18 and i'm still waiting on him to pay me back the $1,500 I gave him for the deposit, I called him and now he hangs up on me. Don't contact this company because he robs you and don't do do the work and wont pay you back if you give him a deposit.

My mother contacted Mr. Rafa to do some plumbing, sewer and put drywall on the ceiling. Came and gave her an estimate and what he was going to do. Worked one day taking off the roofing, second day he change/fixed the plumbing. Two weeks later, no show. She kept calling and he kept saying he would show up the next day. Long story short she asked to him to give her back the money, he didn't, but did show up the next day to ""finish"" what he was missing. End result, worst than what she had before. Do NOT do business with him. See pictures.

This person is awful. He cannot manage his business. He accepts multiple jobs at once and does not have the staff to accommodate his clients. He would show up to my house 1-2 days and then would not come back for 3-5 days. He constantly lies and says he will show up and does not.

I was painting a room in a building I hired him to work on and I heard him answer various phone calls where he would tell the person on the other line, ""I'll be there in 2-3 hours"" when he was going to be at my property for the rest of the day. He was lying to his clients.

His work is not great. He works fast so he can move on to other jobs but in the process he makes mistakes. I eventually fired him after 3 weeks of headaches. Another contractor had to come in and fix the careless errors he made.

Work ethic is terrible.
Work quality is bad, he makes too many small mistakes that add up.
He is verbally abusive to his worker (his wife).
Dishonest and has no issues lying.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME! I contracted Rafin personally to do some plumbing and drywall work. He came and did one wall and never came back! Its been over a month and I still have a hole in my ceiling and a bad leak. I had paid him in full do everything and let me tell you he charges top dollar for any given job. Unfortunately, I trusted this company to do a job and now they wont even answer my calls for a refund.

Call these plumbers to fix leak in kitchen under sink. Charged me premium to do the work. After few days drip started slowly and increased. Called them once a week for about a month. Always the same 'We'll be over' line then eventually stop answering my calls. There are reliable, honest, hardworking plumbers out there. These ain't one of em. BELIEVE ME
