Our water heater stopped working on a Sunday so I started looking for reliable plumbing companies. We are new homeowners so we are always looking for honest and trustworthy business to help us through the ups and downs of homeownership. Chris responded within 10 minutes of requesting a quote online and from there was able to get us on the schedule the next day. The quote didn't change which was very appreciated. Ray, the technician, was very informed and helpful when he came to do the work. We were very impressed with this company from the start!

Well our faucet had problems and a leaky hose. Astounding how important a kitchen faucet is plus the shutdown also relates to our dishwasher. We had an outfit come out and the quote for a new faucet and installation was very high. So we went to Lowe's and picked up a very nice Delta faucet. Chris came a few days later and installed it in speedy fashion. And now we are fully operational again. Chris was far more reasonable then the first outfit we called. Additionally I loved his communication skills. He responded to every message and alerted us when he was coming over. Turns out he was running ahead so was able to get to our house and install the new faucet without any complications. He was pleasant and knowledgeable about the task and even approved of the particular new faucet we had purchased! His work was both prompt and clean. In this time of the virus he was masked and aware of the need for social distancing. Whenever I use a service that is top notch I make a point to rate that service highly. In every way this business deserves 5 stars for prompt, competent and very reasonable service. No question for our future plumbing needs we'll be using Chris and his business. Outstanding job well done!

I was having water hammer issues in my house and started reaching out to local businesses for quotes. After the first company I went with overcharged me for a fix that didn't end up solving the problem, I brought in Rae to finish the job.

Not only did Rae work to diagnose the problem with deeper thought and longevity in mind, he came to the table with multiple solutions that solved the issue and went above expectations. In addition, Rae brought my plumbing system back up to code with a separate fix that (in total) still ended up hundreds cheaper than others quoted me for the first item.

What awesome service ! Chris came up to repair our baseboard heating boiler - he worked through the problem, and sourced parts and installed everything to get us up and running on a Saturday in the midst of the Covid lock-down.
