This is the rudest business owner I have ever communicated with. They don't even want to come out and assess an issue without making a decision over the phone, which may not be the problem, as long as they get paid. Not sure how long this company has been around but certainly not a 5 star, granted they barely have any reviews. Really not even 1, but wanted to warn others.

After doing my on line homework, I contacted Radle Rooter (say that 10 times) and talked with Dennis this morning...after hearing of the backup problems with my French drain, he sent out Eric and within a short time, he relayed the issue and we are now working on a solution to have a 3rd party landscape company come in and correct the original wrongs of the installation. Personable, professional and prompt...the 3 P's needed to have my, and I hope, your business.

They won't try to upsell you like other companies, because they do not do some of the more costly types of major plumbing work. I consulted with many companies and found this team to have the best pricing and most comprehensive advice and guidance as a home owner how to care for my plumbing and handle minor clogs with my new cleanout myself in the future. They also ran my washer on speed cycle, rank the sinks, flushed the toilet and tested everything with me before leaving my property. A huge difference in the high level of communication and services from the prior experiences I have had over the last few weeks of exploring all my options. Also, after digging up the yard to find the plumbing problem and to build the new cleanout, the yard was cleaned up to perfection back to its original state. Cant thank Dennis enough for the great job he did cleaning two clogged drains other plumbers couldn't get fixed. I guess you really do need a specialist nowadays and he has all the tools on his truck. I spent much more for another plumber who couldn't fix it. Radle fixed it right. Can do laundry again.

After a horrible experience with Besel Plumbing, we call Radle Rooter to clear a sewer drain that was not flowing well and kept clogging. Cody came out and was SUPER helpful and knowledgable. He showed us on his camera exactly what and where the problem(s) were and how to fix them. When it came time to fix them, not only was Cody their for the service but the whole gang of Dennis (owner) and Eric (nephew) joined Cody and included me in the entire process. They had to install a clean-out on my property and hydro-wash my sewer drain. The entire time they let me watch the camera and talked me through the entire process so I knew exactly what was happening and how it was going. They even included my children (4, 6, 8 years old) and showed them cool pictures of the pipes and stuff. In the end we had a much better experience and the total bill was one-sixth, yes you heard that right, ONE-SIXTH of what Besel Plumbing was charging for the same service. Great job Team Radle Rooter

Professional, Quick and clearly the most reasonably priced. I have paid double the cost with Roto-Rooter. I am so thankful I came across Radle Rooter. Eric, the senior tech and family member of this family owned business, is a true professional. They only serve Pinellas County, but all of my income properties are within their service area. I'm saying good-bye to Roto-Rooter and their inflated costs and inexperienced and incompetent techs!
