Radisic has consistently saved us time and money - Quick response time and are always friendly and helpful - helped me choose the best water heater and installed quickly and safely! The installers were clean, polite and courteous. I have used Radisic several times for various plumbing jobs and I would highly recommend them. Its very nice to have a plumbing company you can call and not worry that you are going to be sold things you dont need or pay too much for the services you do need.

They cancelled the appointment on the very day of the appointment after they realized that the project is not big enough and would not earn them enough money. Their prices are 2x or 3x of other licensed plumbers. You just need to be patient and get several quotes.

Radisic Plumbing are our Heros!! Last night our bathroom faucet hardware broke and flooded our bathroom. We tried to turn the shut off under the sink but much to my surprised the connections were stripped and we were forced to shut off the main water line to our house. I was concerned about being able to get someone here early morning so that my spouse and I would be able to use the toilet and shower. I contacted Radisic Plumbing first thing in the morning and they assured me someone would be here by the time agreed upon. Radisic Plumbing went above and beyond! They sent out Rudy within the time slot promised and he was great! He was fast and very professional. I am usually hard to impress when it comes to customer service. People tend to complain when they are dissatisfied with a service and hardly ever take the time to thank someone when great service is rendered. Rudy truly delivered World Class service! He was fast, efficient and professional! Within an hour he completed the job and we were able to go about our day! Thank you so much!! We are highly satisfied customers!

Like some other reviewers have mentioned.. they left a mess. Trash supplies inside and outside my unit and just bailed. Even found cigarette butts outside my front door. I've dealt with professional plumbers and these guys aren't it. If you don't like your job then do something else. Don't trash other people's homes.

They deserve 0 stars, but Yelp doesn't allow this. In a nutshell, my HOA sent them to my rental unit because there was a leak going down to the unit below mine. Kinda a big deal to get taken care of. There are 2 owners and 2 sets of tenants being impacted. Ridisic assessed the problem and said they'd provide me with an estimate. Day after day went by and no estimate. I called multiple times a day asking to speak to someone. Got all kinds of excuses....the managers write up the estimates at the end of each day, they're busy and can't talk to you, etc., etc. After a week -- that is, a week of having my tenants shower somewhere other than their own home so they didn't cause more problems for the unit below -- I hired someone else that came out in just 2 hours. I still have not received that estimate from Ridisic. I understand if my job is too small, but just say so. Don't play games. That officially makes you unprofessional jerks. And I will pitch a fit every time I hear ""Radisic"" from my HOA until they dump you as one of their vendors.

use at your own risk! they are the worst plumbers in the south bay area. today, they turned off the water in the condo where i live from 8:00 am -4:00 pm and left without turning the water back on. they came back at 5:00 pm after calls from owners and turned the water back on at 5:00 pm. this is the second bad experience in had with them. the first time they tried to bill me for repairs made in another tenants unit. do not use.

So I am selling my home. Turns out a I had a leak under my home. Jennifer and her team was contacted and on a Sunday came right out! They inspected the home, fixed the leak and the bill was spot on accurate and low! So how should one review a plumber? I said ""Self,what would you want in a plumber or any service person for that matter?"" Quick, Accurate in the estimates, Great Personalities, and Promptness. With Radisic Plumbing that was exactly what I received. I wish I knew the young man who did the works name, because he also represented his company with professionalism and cared about my home. This experience was very refreshing.
