Sue S.Alex and his team dug five feet down, scoped with a camera and replaced a sewer pipe so we can sell our house without delay. They were faster than a speeding bullet and kept us informed each step of the way. Example: Water off for a minute, water right back on. You'd think that there would be a muddy mess when they were done dealing with all that dirt, but no way! Clean as a whistle. Their work is exemplary and the constant, clear, communication on what's going on is so helpful. Thank you Radisic Plumbing!
Brenda B.We had Radisic Plumbing come out and replace our shower cartridge. It is an old style that can only be found online. However, Jennifer keeps them on hand. So, that is good that we did not have to wait for it to be ordered. When the plumbers arrived, they gave us a quote and told me exactly how much the work would cost.
I also had them install a kitchen faucet that I had supplied. The guys worked quickly. They also doubled checked their work and made sure there were no drips anywhere. (I had used a different plumber to install our bathroom faucets. He had to come back three times because they were leaking under the sink.)
The price was reasonable. The guys were professional, and they cleaned up after themselves.
Renée L.Greg came to replace a water heater, which is normally a relatively easy replacement from what I understand. What usually takes like an hour took 6 probably due to the building being a bit older and standard size changes of water heaters. Greg was very professional and worked hard to get the water heater in perfectly and working along with Jose who later came to help. All is well and there is hot water again....thank you!
Andrew T.Great people. Jenn and Eva helped me out with leaks and faucet issues. They even guided me to call Moen directly for free replacement parts to save some money, that's honesty you can't beat. Richard came out resolving some of the plumbing issues and he was courteous and polite, I couldn't ask for more.
Manny J.Best plumbing around town for a good price mike was a real pro and I recommend them for all your plumbing services they are very knowledgeable and good at finding problems & they get the job done.
We had a serious plumbing problem as one of our showers was not producing hot water. We called Radisic and they sent a plumber to fix it. They told us what parts would be needed to fix the problem so we went out and purchased them.
The plumber came out and worked on the problem for three hours and told my wife the problem was fixed. My wife checked the water and it was only lukewarm, at best. She told him the problem was not fixed and refused to pay him the money owed for the labor, $455.
The worst part of this situation is we have been working for over two months to prepare to list our home for sale. This has included extensive repairs, intense cleaning, painting, etc. When the plumber was working he had total disregard for the surroundings. He needed to grind some of the shower tiles to enable him to get into the pipes where he had to install the new parts. Instead of closing the bathroom door, lay down a tarp and close the toilet lid, he did none of this and created a huge mess. This included copper shavings going into the toilet, which we are still trying yo scrub out, and tile dust that was blown all over the bathroom and into the room outside the bathroom. He also was walking on a wet floor and leaving foot tracks all over the house. This, after months of cleaning, painting, etc. and one week before we list the house for sale. On top of that, he can't fix the problem!
We called Radisic and refused to make payment until the problem was fixed. Thankfully, they sent their ""good plumber"" today who fixed the problem in one hour.
The problem is fixed but now we have extensive cleaning to do in a large area of the house that we just finished painting, grouting, and cleaning.
I'm writing this negative review as much for Radisic as for Yelp readers. Radisic needs to know they have at least one plumber on their staff that is incompetent when it comes to the tough jobs, and extremely careless and inconsiderate of the surrounding areas of the homes he is working in.
Oh yeah, one other thing. The first plumber did a terrible job with grinding the shower tiles. We now have to cosmetically repair the area around the shower knob plate to make it acceptable looking for potential home buyers.
We are thankful for the second plumber who was very experienced at dealing with this specific problem and fixed the problem in a very reasonable time frame.
Daniel L.Our condo Association pays if the problem is in the pipe, and if in the appliance then we pay. When Radisic employee ""Romeo"" came out he immediately announced we had to pay. How did he know before he checked? Then he told us we had to pay him $90 for coming out, or $90 for clearing the clog, so we were trapped and had to pay him for what turned out to be about 5 minutes of labor. Total ripoff.
This firm provides service at our condo complex so we invited them to my parent's home when they recently had a blockage in their tub drain. Long story short, Jessie came out to the house right on time and after reviewing the situation with me proceeded to work.
Within one hour he had completed snaking the line (4 separate) attempts after which he presented the reason for the block. Radisic came out after another firm hadn't managed to clear the line and wanted to charge us $10,000 to jackhammer the foundation to repair the waste line and cleared the problem in an hour and for less than $200.
Jessie was a very friendly tech who seems to enjoy his job.
I made the appointment with Dena (an office employee) was very friendly and helpful and Jessie provided the on-site service.
We highly recommended both individuals and the company they work for.
I had made an appt for them to come to give me an estimate for some work. They never showed. I emailed them, they called, apologized, asked for another chance and showed up as scheduled. The guy was really nice. That was on July 17th. I have not heard a word back yet. I'd give no stars but that's not possible.
Paul H.Our house is fairly old and about once a year water starts coming up the bathtub and shower...our landlord uses Radisic for all the plumbing issues at our house and at her condo building and apparently has never had an issue. In the past it's been a pretty standard procedure - plumbers come and put a big snake into the vent and pull out a bunch of roots.
A total of 3 guys came over a 3.5 hour period of time and at the ""end of the day"" (circa 2:30PM) they left with about 2 inches of brackish water left sitting in the bathtub and shower, promising to return at 11AM with a ""mainline machine"" to finish the job. Now this is a little important because he asks if I would rather they come out ""first thing"" or at another time. Because my wife gets stressed out by having to get ready in the morning when there is work-related chaos going on, I ask if he can come at 10:30 after she's gone for the day. He gets on the phone and comes back and says ""how about 11?"". ""That's great"" - I say to him so he sets the appointment.
Fast forward to 11:45PM the next day, they have not come back. I call, of course no one picks up so I leave a message, wait an hour, call again, still no one picking up, so I call my landlord explain the situation we are in and she says she will call the owner, she calls me back 10 minutes later (while we're on the phone, I get a call from Radisic) and tells me the guy said that they will be there in 45 minutes and that he told me they would be back anytime between 11 and 2. At this point, I'm frustrated but willing to give them the benefit of the doubt. I listen to the voicemail that Dina at Radisic left me and she apologizes for the delay and re-iterates that Daniel should have told me the appointment was between 11-2 and that Romero would be out with the mainline machine in 45 minutes. I'm still frustrated, but feeling better because I'm hearing firsthand that my problems will be solved shortly.
35 minutes later, I get a call from my landlord telling me that she spoke to someone at Radisic and they have told her that they simply won't be able to fix the problem. Not sure the exact reasons, but that's it! So now, just to recap, it's Friday at 1:30PM, just over 24 hours without a shower or toilet and the plumber has basically told me to go eff myself without an explanation.
As much as it pains me, because as a hipster I'm very into small-business and organic foods, etc - I call Roto-Rooter, and after they sort out landlord authorization, they arrive within 45 minutes, work for less than 30 minutes, and are gone! So it's now 4PM on Friday and I can now start cleaning up the mess created by Radisic.
I'm angry, but also very confused. Why would they do this to me? I want to give them the benefit of the doubt, but they make it very hard to do that. If they would have been more communicative with me, I think this whole issue would have been avoided and I wouldn't be writing this 1-star review.
So, TLDR: don't use Radisic, they don't care about small-time residential customers - unfortunately I have to recommend Roto-Rooter. As much as I hate their commercials, they did the job fast and right.
