They came out to check out my pair of hot water heaters. Initially they quoted me $8000 to replace them both. When they showed up to do the repair they had the wrong equipment. Additionally, when doing some research on the price I noticed they were charging $3500 for a 50 gallon water heater replacement. I told them this price was way over the national average of $1000-2000 per heater and so they said they'd knock it down to $5500 for the pair (still $1500 too expensive). When I asked for a pricing breakdown they would not supply one. The technicians said the office wouldn't give it to them. Radiant may be good for small plumbing but I don't recommend them for any kind of major work. Price gougers.
A few years back, I took advantage of their offer to drain water heater and do a whole house check.
After checking throughout the home, the technician said I needed $7000 in repairs. Ended up spending $800 on a couple
of items. Never have needed the other repairs.
I called Radiant Plumbing to detect a supply line leak at my home and they sent out JR and Sam Sr. Both were very nice and very professional. They explained what they were doing during the process and I could tell there was a lot experience between them. They went out of their way to take care of the problem and the pricing was fair considering some companies see a nice house and you see dollar signs light up in their eyes (Cha Ching!)
The charge to come out was lower than a lot of other companies and it goes toward services performed.
I highly recommend them!!!
Scott C.Just moved to Round Rock and our new house needed a new water heater and we called Radiant. They sent out Tim Jordan and he helped us choose our best affordable option. We went with the tankless system and we have been extremely satisfied with the performance. Tim was an exceptional technician and his professional installation was first class. He should be commended for his performance and superior customer service. We plan on using Radiant for all our future needs. Thanks Tim!
Scott H.Radiant Air really came through for me. Jason (tech) was friendly, polite and did a quality job. I appreciate the options and up-front pricing, without any salesy stuff. I also appreciate the communication from the dispatch folks keeping me updated on when I could expect Jason to arrive.
Jett W.My air conditioning was having trouble getting as cool as the thermostat set so I had Radiant come out to check on it. They diagnosed the problem as a broken condenser and gave me estimates for both repair and replace. I scheduled the replacement for the next day. They give me a call to that they will not replace my unit after all because of the 'profit margins' on my particular set-up and how it matches with the inside unit. They will not replace the inside unit since that is not work they do anymore. So I would not recommend Radiant because while they say they have people who can repair and replace AC units, they just might decide they don't want to replace yours.
Lisa G.Dylan installed a toilet for us. He was quick and efficient. He left the area clean too. He gets five stars. The only reason I'm giving four stars to the company is because I just found the $25 off coupon and no one mentioned that. Retirees could really use that little help. Go to their website and get the coupon. Here is the link.

I used Radiant because they were the only plumbing company out of the four I called that could make it out that day. I had a leak coming from under the wall into my garage. And I was on the way out of town. Long story short, I was charged $4,400 to fix a leak and here is the final result. Also, when I complained about the outrageous price, I was offered a 10% discount not to write this review. Oh, the did offer to send their handyman out to patch the holes the plumber left, like that was a huge favor. Find another plumber. Any plumber.
My dads water heater started leaking and was old. I called 3 places and was told it would be over a week. Called radiant and they said same day. 3 hours later a worker was there and it was installed that day. Great job!!
Morgan B.Let me start off by saying the technician was very friendly and mostly on-time (for an after hours call). HOWEVER, they charge $159 just to come out. THEN they tried to charge us a total of $753--$251 to drain the compressor line and roughly $502 to take 10 minutes to replace a capcitor which only cost $30. Upon trying to talk them down, they dropped the price of the capacitor replacement to $285. Needless to say, we did not take them up on their offer and we were still out $159.
