I ran into major issues trying to replace an electrical wall box myself. I called Shah a little after 5:00 p.m. on a Monday. Shah arrived at my house less than two hours later and quickly went to work. He quickly diagnosed the problem, rewired the outlet, replaced the electrical box, and wired a second outlet for my mounted TV. He was extremely polite, respectful of my home, and explained what was causing the electrical issue and what he was doing to fix it. I really had a great experience working with Shah and plan to contact him again for plumbing and electrical work in my home. I highly recommend Radiant Electrical and Plumbing Services.

I had an issue with my outdoor electrical outlets not working properly. Shah responded to my messages quickly, and was able to come out within a day or so. He gave me a free estimate before starting the work, and he diagnosed and fixed the problem in one visit, in under an hour. Shah was very helpful in explaining why the issue happened, and also added better covers to the exterior outlets so that they wouldn't be damaged by water again. Shah was great and he will be my first choice for future repairs that I may need.

I just moved into an older house that had a lot of problems. Having a skilled craftsman that can complete electric and plumbing tasks was so helpful. He upgraded my place by completing the following: installed bidets, installed recess lighting in the living room, connecting a water line to the fridge in the garage, installed lights in the garage, ensured that all my outlets were operation, and installed a ceiling fan. He works quickly and is very respectful. He is also very punctual. I enthusiastically recommend him and I'm going to let my realtor know about him as well. Trust me, you will be in very good hands.

My stovetop quit working. The appliance guy came out and was unable to fix it because it needed an electrician to locate the problem. Shah had done some work for my daughter so I called him. He picked up his phone and promised to come by that afternoon.

He was on time, professional and courteous. He was able to locate the problem within minutes. He put my oven and cooktop back in their places and tested to make sure it worked.

I do not recommend Shah.. You get what you pay for from him. Quality of work was not what I expected. He was unprofessional. He was very flakey and had to reschedule the initial estimate appointment 3 times. After he flaked the 3rd time, my husband told me not to consider him, but I wanted to give him a chance to make it right after he practically begged me to let him provide the estimate. I had even told him nevermind, that I didn't want him to come, to which he responded that he was coming anyway. So I called my husband who works down the street to come home because I was worried about him coming when I told him not to since I had already given him my address. So many red flags, but I try to give people the benefit of the doubt. The estimate seemed fair for 10 lights. He provided 3 used lights for the outside of our home because he said ""I was mad"" at him for the inconvenience he caused my husband and I. When he did the work, he was clearly in a hurry to be in and out. Had I known the work was going to be half-a**ed, I would've hired someone else. Not to mention I accidently overpaid him $100 as he installed one less fixture than previously discussed, which he didn't refund. Instead, he argued with me about why he felt he deserved to keep the money when I texted him about my concerns with overpayment and quality of his work. He literally cut holes in the walls and slapped in lights...no joke. He seems nice at first, but once he feels obligated to do the work because he inconveniences you by not coming when he says he will, he will do half-a** shoddy work. Not to mention, I was working at home the day he came and he was on the phone the entire 6 hours he was here, having long and loud conversations on speaker phone...one conversation was about 30 minutes long, talking about real estate properties. Also, the fixture he installed in our dining area has been flickering since installation, but I will not call him out to fix it. I'll call someone else to fix his mistakes instead. This is my honest review, even though he will argue otherwise. Do yourself a favor and hire another licensed professional who guarantees their work.

Update: As expected, he says my review is fake, and that he has all my texts. I have them too and pictures of our conversations are included. Trust your instincts, people. Oh also! During his visit when he came to give the estimate, my husband and I asked him if we needed to be home while he did the work, or if it's common for people to not be home while he worked, to which he replied ""WELL IF YOU DON'T HAVE VALUABLES TO WORRY ABOUT, YOU CAN LEAVE ME HERE BY MYSELF"". Because of that comment, I made sure he came to do the work on a day I would be working from home. Who is really morally wrong here?? Not I, I promise you that. Shah, please go ahead and report to Yelp, and I will do the same to ensure potential customers are informed.

This is my second time hiring Shah and for electrical and plumbing he's going to be my first choice heading forward. This time i purchased a gas fireplace insert and hired Shah for to get both gas and electrical supplied to the fireplace as well as he went on the roof to get a 4"" exhaust pipe and a 3"" fresh hair pipe added with the the wind cap added. I really appreciate how responsive he is, i reached out on Tuesday and he committed all day Thursday and Friday. The job was nearly complete 5pm Friday and he stayed until 7pm just so we could complete the job. I'm a bit of DYI guy myself and he was happy to help let me participate to help save time and effort such as runs to the hardware store and being this helper.

I have other electircal work I'd like to do and plan on hiring Shah again for work starting middle of next week.

TL/DR - Shah is awesome, did the work on time, on budget, and stayed to 7pm Friday night so the job would be done. Highly recommend.
