Based on my observation of one their trucks blasting through a stop sign today in Nelscott, I will never use them. If they don't care about the safety of the small children in our neighborhood, it's doubtful they care about the safety of the work they do.
6/18 UPDATE: I sent the company an email with my concerns, the day and time, and truck description. There has been absolutely no response from them in response to an irresponsible employee of theirs. Based on that alone, I would assume there is no follow up to anything they do...pity the person who ends up with a problem with something they paid them to do! I would avoid this company like the plague, they obviously have no ethics.

Asked them for an estimate on a small job on a rental house. Instead they did the small repair but tried charging almost 900.00 for one hours work but lied stating it was 5. Problem, my renter is a retired chief police and call the bluff. Not to be trust and hateful when found out

I used Radar Plumbing in the past for complete interior facet and toilet turn stop replacements as well as customer furnished kitchen sink faucet install. I was charged 14 hours labor at $110 per hour plus $276 in parts plus $49 dispatch fee. When I needed help on a different project I didn't hesitate to enlist their services based on my previous positive experience. The previous job price was reasonable and done professionally. I was very satisfied.
However once plumbing technicians arrived onsite for my different project and I reviewed the scope of work with them I was quoted an outlandish price for the work I required. Evidently Radar Plumbing since I used them last implemented a union style flat rate pricing schedule rather than labor hours onsite X their labor rate. I paid the techs a $49 dispatch fee for their trip out explaining their price was ""shocking"" and prudence required me to get another bid. The techs were very understanding. The bid I got from another local plumbing contractor for my current project was more inline with what I was expecting and 50% less than Radar Plumbing's price. The second bid I received was from a reputable local plumbing contractor, smaller than Radar but very capable, with a good reputation. So a word of caution to both new and existing Radar Plumbing customers; get several bids.
