I messaged in June. In mid-November they replied 'out of our service area' .. Would be funny if not so sad. I mean, why even bother (replying..) FFS?

I was given Racso's contact information and it was the best thing that could've happened! Oscar and his crew came to my house to install a brand new furnace and hot water heater. The team was very mindful of working in my finished home and they made sure to use proper protection and cleaning after the job was complete. Racso is an extremely knowledgeable and professional company to work with! I would give them an extra star if I could!!! I will be calling them again for any work I may have in the future as well as giving out there information to any/everyone I know and let them know that it would be the best decision that they could make!!!

If I could give zero stars I would. Called at least 4 times, the ""customer service"" rep(s) said the technician would be in contact with you within the hour. Never heard a peep from any of their techs. Needless to say, no one ever came to service our HVAC. Stay away from these clowns

Enrique from Racso Plumbing and Heating was very helpful. A few weeks ago we noticed there was a dripping in one of our copper pipes and major rusting. We didn't notice it before, but knew this was not a problem we wanted to wait. The next day Enrique came to consult and we found out instead of the pipes having to be replaced in a certain section, our water boilers had to be replaced too.

My husband found Racso Plumbing and Heating on Yelp. Told me it had great reviews and we wanted to give them a chance. Luckily we did. When Enrique went to open our old water boiler, there was so much rust in the water. Now imagine the same water we drink, shower, multiple uses - it was horrifying to know but so glad it was a problem solved.

Enrique and a few other staff members came to replace our water boiler, helped fix the water connection outside for us to have access to our hose in the backyard (the water line wasn't connected at first), have access to our front yard for water, and explained to us what was safe to keep certain things up to code which we didn't know before because previous owners did not do things correctly.

Racso Plumbing and Heating were responsive, found materials and worked on our situation for hours, and we look forward to reaching out again to Enrique. Friendly staff, all hardworking, and we appreciated the helpful advice for us to be safe and not think about an exploding water boiler. Thank you so much!

I contacted Rasco Plumbing and Heating to get a quote on fitting my house with central air. They charged me $49 to attend (which I was happy to pay) and told me I would receive the quote within two days. After a week of not hearing from them I rang their office and got an answering service and left a message. I left a message the following day too. I still have not received a call back.

Excellent service by the Racso Team in fixing our heating pipeline which had a leakage underground. We had a couple of others come by to give quotes but also on how they will perform the work. However Racso only only gave us a great price, they were going to action out the work where the pipe wouldn't be exposed and they would patch up all the walls as well (others wanted the $ & were leaving the pipes exposed in our family room which we would have to spend more $ to cover on our own). The Racso team worked so fast and effectively and cleaned up after themselves and stayed until the heaters were back on and fully heated. I highly recommend them!!! I think we found a go-to heating & plumbing specialist.

There was a blockage in my kitchen pipe which caused a drainage problem in the sink. I spoke to Oscar on Tuesday afternoon and he was able to come over the next day. He was professional and also communicative about what needed to be done. He was able to fix the problem in less than an hour and most importantly, at a reasonable price. I am so glad that I found Racso and I am definitely going to contact him in the future with our plumbing issues.

My central air started blowing warm air late last night. I called Racso after reading great reviews on Yelp. Immediately Oscar answered my call. He arrived when he said he would the next morning wearing his a mask. Oscar was professional, knowledgeable and transparent. He knew immediately what the problem was and charged a fair price for the part and labor. He explained what he did, showed me the bad part and did not try to tell me I needed parts or repairs that weren't needed.
I will definitely call Racso again.
