my water heater stopped working and it was leaking ,I call rasco pluming at 11 am by 3 pm they arrived fixed the prob, this is the first time I used them ,it made me a little nervous but WOW I was so impressed on how professional,knowledgeable and super clean they were since this job was for 1 of my rental property I'm so happy I found a trustable and relabel company for my needs as a homeowner and a landlord.

Oscar came to refill freon in my old air conditioner. He is very capable and thorough. He went to the attic to check the air handler, which is something two other technicians didn't previously do. As he was filling refrigerant, he was monitoring not only pressure but also temperature at inlet and outlet. Along the way he explained technical aspects of cooling.

A couple of negatives: communication was a bit slow and very terse. They didn't respond during a holiday, and I was not sure if they were coming or not.
They quoted $165 but charged $300. I am not complaining because that is very fair. Other quotes were for more than $300.

Knowing these limitations, I would definitely hire them again.

We reached out to have a bbq natural gas line installed. Came on time to give us a quote and was very fair. Came in cheaper than all other quotes I received. While I don't believe cheaper is always better, their team did a super clean job of installing the gas line. They cleaned up and I have not had any issues ever since the line was installed more than 6+ months ago. My go-to plumber going forward.

I called them to change a pump for my boiler. The employee came in a pick up truck, not a truck with any logos of the company. I told him what the job was and asked for a price. He gave a price of $550, the cost if the pump on line and at Hone Depot was $128. He wanted almost $425 to install the pump, which we thought was a ridiculous amount of money. We looked on You Tube and were able to install the pump in less than 30 minutes. We are not plumbers, a plumber would have been able to do it in half the time. That would have been $825 per hour. This company is a ripoff. Stay away from them.

Called this place. I get a call back from Oscar with screaming kids in the background. Says he can do it. When I ask to schedule an appointment for a day and time, all he asks for is the addresse. Again I ask to schedule. He then stops responding. I call back 3 hours later and once again screaming kids in the background. He says tomorrow between 8-9 am. Great. Next day, 10:30am no show no call. I again call him, he says there was an emergency. Now coming after 2. I called back and cancelled with this company. Very unprofessional company. Do yourself a favor and call a better HVAC company. Which I did.

Oscar from Racso is amazing. Finding a good HVAC person is so challenging but I'm so happy that i found these guys. I had THREE other HVAC guys TRY to fix my heating system and every person said something different was wrong and NOBODY fixed it until I called Oscar.

These guys are the real deal. Prices are fair, they were able to get parts and fix within a week from me calling, and I finally have heat again!

It was extremely hard to schedule them and even after havjng an appointment, the plumber did not show up. Very poor response.
