Russ Raby and his team installed a water heater/boiler system for us and we are very pleased with the results. They came back at different points in the year for checkups to make sure the whole system was functioning and even addressed small issues around the house with faucets, spigots, etc. They walked us through the whole process and explained all repairs and charges thoroughly without talking down to us. They are now our plumber of choice.

I called them over to fix a cracked pipe last winter. It was a 30 minute job but they charged me a minimum of an hour plus $30 transportation (what a rip off). Russ Raby was rude and argumentative on the phone when I asked him what the extra charge was for. I did not want to spoil my day by arguing with him so I sent him the check for the full amount vowing never to call him again.

Excellent service. Work was done in a timely manner. Price was reasonable. Mr Russ Raby was honest, professional and definately a great plumber. He put in a new kitchen fauset and checked a possible leak in the bathroom. I would highly recommend this fine plumber.
