Emailed for a service request, then called to confirm a 2:00 PM appointment. Was told I would expect a call to be notified of the technicians ETA. 2:00 PM and no call or anything. I call only to be let known that everyone is on lunch and should expect a call back within 30 minutes to an hour. I wait an hour, but no call. It's hot, you can't play with people during terrible heat waves. This review is not based on their quality of service, but on their customer service.

Will change if they follow up.

Update - they called an hour and a half later. I appreciated their phone call. The gentleman was nice, but had already contacted another company to arrange a visit.

Not impatient, I just value their time as well as mine and I lost out on work. I would, in the future, call again if it came to it. Stay cool everyone!

One of our heating units went crazy, and wouldn't turn off. We managed to get it on/off by using the breakers, and then made the mistake of calling a local Marlin company. When they couldn't help us, we called Rabroker, and am so happy we did.
The technician, Matt, said we didn't need an expensive part, just a relay. He installed it, made sure everything was working well, and replaced the ancient thermostat we had.
He checked the second unit and detected a freon leak. He suggested replacing the unit since freon, if available, was very expensive. He had already saved us quite a bit of money, so we asked to have a salesman come. Philip showed up on time, looked at what we had, made a recommendation, and gave us a price (which was very reasonable since it included a new HVAC and compressor, and thermostat). The technicians David, Jake, and James came and installed everything, made sure it was working well and explained how to maintain the new unit and the type of filters to use.
It was such a pleasure to work with a company that was professional, on time, helpful, and didn't try to "up-sell".
We highly recommend Rabroker!

We just bought a house in Temple, with a 25 year old AC unit which ended up failing in July. Needless to say, we had a home warranty, and really needed it to cover part of the expense for a whole new system by the next year. Phillip worked his magic, letting the company know that the unit was not repairable as it was too old, and we ended up getting approved for the full amount of reimbursement. (He even fought for us). I appreciate this so much as they treated us as if we matter and the financial situation is now the best that it could be. These guys are also extremely easy to talk to which is such a must but they are also professional. They explain things casually so that we understand whats going on with our replacement and make sure we get all the forms to keep for years to come. Treated us like family. Thankyou Phillip!

Our Lennox Mini Split needed cleaning and I had been trying to get Sims Heating and Air in Whitney to come and clean it for months. I even went into their office and talked to the young lady to make an appointment and several calls afterwards with zero response from them. I called Rabroker and they sent a wonderful young man and he cleaned it. I will always use Rabroker and ask for the same young man to come and clean our Mini Splits when the need arises. Excellent service.

A/C went out in the middle of the summer. Technician was dispatched the next day. He temporarily repaired unit, explained the problem in layman's terms and options for a long term fix.

In June 2071 Rabroker was called to service my air conditioning system at my home. The technician send was rude, condescending and clearly did not want to be working. When he left, I vowed to never call this company again.

A year later another one of their employees showed up at my house based on a call from a potential buyer after an inspector falsely claimed my air conditioner was inoperative. However the issue had been fixed before his arrival. Because of the circumstances I wanted to know who called for the service. Rabroker claims to have no record of the service call.

Needless to say Rabroker did not get the sale and installation of my new system on May7th.

We first used Rabroker about a year ago, and they did a fantastic job. Well, once again we need then to come back and check out a new issue. My daughter called them to diagnose and possibly repair her air conditioning system that doesn't want to energize. After diagnosing Rabroker could have said, "Looks like you need a new compressor, a new circuit board and a corrugated stimkin flange". In other words, they could have really taken advantage of her, BUT THEY DIDN'T. They found out it was just a thermostat and offered to replace it then and there, or she could do it herself. Some businesses still do business the old fashioned way: honest, professional and technically proficient. This company is the real deal and they have not only my highest review, but also my gratitude.

If your wish is to be ripped off, then this is your place to go. They advertise 24/7 everyday a regular day, well, they came out on a Sunday, and it cost over 500 dollars to add coolant to the unit! Find someone else!

My AC unit stopped cooling last night. Called Rabroker HVAC at 8:00am today, and they were extremely pleasant over the phone, and scheduled a technician for the same afternoon. Technician (Gary) called before arriving to confirm, arrived by 2:00pm, was pleasant & professional, knowledgeable, skilled, fast, and effective. Problem diagnosed as a failed startup capacitor, part in stock on the truck, and had the entire thing fixed in less than 30-minutes. All that, AND cleaned the unit, topped off the freon level, AND provided a "new customer discount". Extremely excellent customer experience - thanks Gary and Rabroker team.
