We had this company do plumbing and HVAC work. The plumbing had and continues to have many leaks. We have had at least 6 leaks repairs and we found another one today. They are so small that they create a lot of damage before they are found. Also, piping was disorganized (spaghetti like), just hanging down and not secured to anything or protected.
HVAC system also had to have some work redone. I do not recommend their plumbing at all. HVAC I would give 3 stars.

I had Trane mini splits installed. The technician that came out to install was excellent. They cleaned everything up When they were complete. They were very knowledgeable. They even did all the work for my Penelec rebate and all the warranty paperwork for me. Highly recommend!!

In December I had my furnace serviced by this company. Their service man did a sloppy job and knocked a line loose in furnace. I found a pool of water. He came back tightened one end of what he knocked loose. Next day more water. They sent another guy who determined the wrong end was tightened and needed the other end tightened of what was knocked loose.

Not one issue was had until their workers showed up.

I got a bill for the furnace service which I paid on time.

Weeks later I got a bill for $68 for their second appearance at my Home where they came to fix something their men messed up.

I left two-three voicemails at the office with no return call.

Got a call from their office in January which I told their office lady what happened and I had tried to call multiple times with no call back and wondered why I had to pay for their mess up.

She assured me she would take care of it understood and not to worry about the bill.

Today I got a letter from a local collections office for the same bill she said was taken care of.

I expect an explanation. But shocker no call back.

This isn't the first issue we have had with this company. The lack of professionalism, organization, attention to detail and honest work is disgusting.

Very poor service. Repaired leaks in pipe, but were unable to complete the rest of the job. Left the house without talking to me or showing me what was completed. Bill for work and time it took for work seem quite excessive.

I had an issue with my water heater. Even though they had a full schedule, they fit me in the next morning. The guys that came were friendly and efficient. It turned out to not be a big issue, so they were able to fix it right away. I was really pleased with everyone I dealt with. I also felt like the price was reasonable since my eyes didn't bulge out of my head when he gave me the total. If I need plumbing/HVAC services again, this is the first place I'll call.
